How isn’t this lady not getting MILES more subscribers than some of the seemingly-endless ‘ASMR’ dross which has sprung up over the last couple of years?
I love these kinds of close experiences, and when they are centered on common ailments like headaches, it adds a component of compassion and empathy. The fact that you whisper, beyond how ticklish it may be, is a consideration for people suffering from a significant headache. On the subject of light, photophobia is very common, especially in the context of migraines, so low lighting is appreciated. The reflexology pen can be useful, especially when dealing with tension headaches, but you need to have some basic knowledge of the subject; otherwise, it can be counterproductive if you massage muscles that can increase the pain. Similarly, massaging the neck and upper back can be quite helpful in relaxing the muscle fibers responsible for the tension in the head. Personally, the practice of meditation and stretching exercises in the back and neck has helped me a lot to prevent more severe headaches. When I was younger, I suffered from frequent headaches, so I appreciate the help you can give to people who suffer from these ailments. Thank you for the relaxing experience, dear Morika. You genuinely know how to approach your videos when addressing specific stress relief and relaxation goals. I never feel like any action you do is unfitting; legit had a headache at the time this comment was made, and genuinely helps.
I get the worst migraines and almost daily headaches --- I feel like this was made for me. It's just what I needed to calm my jaw, shoulders, and self so I can get some sleep. Thank you so much.
