I viewed so many coverage of Lord "Bhajanthri" Justice. Really great in analizing and putting qestions on relavant matters. I also express pity on IAS officers even not familiar with Disciplinary rules and regulations. Even basic issuance of Charge memo by them not adhered. I headbow for the Honbl'e lord ship dealing each case that to service matters irrespective of State/ central Govts.Then and there dictating speaking orders in order to quick disposal of long pending suits. Like"Lord ship " other Judges to be enough to dispose the cases in the public interest. Very happy to comment.
Judge sabab is absolutely upright brave and intolerant of harrassment done by bureaucrats.

Example-From my city Gaya,(Small city) 5 -6 boy qualify IIT each year since decade. Patna Big City, hundred of students qualify several competitions. Here is very good enviornment of coachings and tuitions and private schools. Yes of course situation of government colleges is very bad I agree this.
Not only that even the gezetted officer are also equal to them. That is the reason that state is like that and blame central.
