Also, the way they all acted about Link using Google photos was like he had just left the Apple cult. That was so weird lol

I started using apple few years ago only and still find it very odd about the pics going to google instead. The amount of work you have to do for that to work is way too much. You telling me I have to empty my picture storage every time otherwise I’d have double pictures? For that just switch back to default
I think its more so that he saves them on a type of cloud and not saved on his phone. Also using google on apple, depending the situation, can be a pain. That’s just my view on it though
Especially since they said they use gmail instead of apple mail right after. So I don’t think its really the brand in this case
@@isthisnametaken9965 you wouldn't have double pictures, you would have the pictures once in google photos [in the cloud] and once in camera roll [in the phone]. he's just deleting it from camera roll every once in a while to free up storage space on his phone
2024 is the year where we should stop mocking or humiliating Link and then act surprised when he gets frustrated. He truly takes in every blow either for things he likes or dislikes, can or can't do, knows or doesn't know...let the man live.

I am usually with Link, but maybe that's because I am neurodivergent.
It's weird they're so confused by it.
The Google photos thing isn't that confusing, guys. You take a photo and yes, it does go to your camera roll. The benefit of Google photos (for me) is the ease of sharing batches of photos w/ other Google (yes, GMAIL) users and knowing that, if something happens to my phone, I know where I can get my photos on any device that can access the internet.
I just go into Google photos and check by the photos I want to share (or just click the date if I want to share photos from an entire day) and easily share them with other Google users. Yes, there are other ways to do this, but let's not act like we're talking about some obscure company no one has heard of here.
Link will have a perfectly good reason for something he does that everyone else deems strange but yall don’t ever apologize for being critical for no reason and I don’t like that! He’s always explaining himself

I think the issue is LITERALLY just that Google Photos doesn't count them. Like it won't say "you have 50 photos with cat" or whatever

So many people do what Link does for google photos!! So much more storage than apple and you can access them on any device. I have photos from elementary school in my google photos and I’m 20 now.

You log into your Google account and it automatically uploads to Photos. My point is to have a permanent copy outside of the phone. And my phone doesn't have a ton of space otherwise.

I’m on Links side. I own iPhone. I like iPhone but I’m 1000% google. Have google homes, second phone is pixel phone. But I save all my iPhone photos on google. It’s easier
with google photos you can back up the photos so that it doesn't take up the storage on your phone. also why are they SO worked up about him having it

I was playing along with y’all. For the baby category, so many of my clay sculptures were tagged with baby. And many photos of myself! One when I was post-op for jaw surgery. Brutal.
