T95z Plus WiFi problem
For to solve this problem i have tried to change WiFi channel and it helped. With Channel 5 everything works - Věda a technologie
I just got a box in the mail 2 days ago. And this happened me as well. what I noticed was if I actually used the keyboard that was on the TV screen it went through and worked. When I used the( aftermarket keyboard air mouse remote control ) when I actually use the letters on the aftermarket remote and hit enter it did what you're showing on the screen. When I took the mouse from that same remote and use the keyboard that was actually on the TV it worked just fine. Now it states that it's connected and not bouncing back like you had shown in the video

how to switch channel?
Have mine since Dec 2017, it freezes on average every 4-5 days, have upgraded the firmware but still happening, any ideas before its sent back?
To solve this problem you must have only 1 connection at a time and forget the others... Try turning off your router and TV box at the same time then turn your router on first forget and re-enter your connection password this works fine...other than a few heat related problems which freezes up as a warning for you to give it a rest and plug directly into the outlet instead of a cheaply built multi strip .. this is the best TV box I've owned out of 6 before.....enjoy!

Skywalker Hello, you have to connect to your router and find channel settings in wifi configuration. Also in few months after problem, i have replaced router, and on new one was not needed to make any speciffic configuration. So i think in my case problem was connected with router :)
Bought it a few months ago, at first kept on freezing, I changed the HDMI cable & changed the router channel, has, been working Fantastic, holding 5 Builds with no problems.

I was experiencing all ur problems. This TOP box has so much issues cos they have all sorts of WiFi chip in it. Different chip requires different firmware. Just open up ur box to check ur chip type. “Google” the firmware for ur chip type. Mine was Ap6255. Cheers

This box came with 2 different models of WIFI card with same firmware. Driver is not suitable for one of them. There is another customized firmware with supported WIFI card. T95ZPLUS_q200_9377_customV2.0 Still with bugs.

Not sure why its solved. Anyway, mines been fine for over 2 years. Recently though it freezes the signal. Wifi or ethernet. I watch a film fine for like 10 mins and it now just stops. I have to keep turning box off and on then works for 10 and stops every time
Hard wire it. Plus it would be faster. I have a TV box just like that I never had trouble with the wifi connection. I save it as a spare. Right now I am using a zidoo x9 and it's the best box I ever owned for kodi. I never buy my boxes for playing games it's one thing I don't like. You're TV box there is simply defective you can get a defective box in any brand. I got a defective box that I waited to late to return. It over heats and freezes. I just ordered new heatsink hopping it will solve the problem. It is a Tanix Tx92 and all the reviews have everyone saying what a wonderful box it is. So like you I must have got ahold of the only defective one in the bunch.
Got this box. Installed Nova Launcher but cannot add widgets also cannot read or format sd card? anyone have any idea how to do this?

check if the date of the box is correc I WAS HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM but find out that the box when it looses power it looses the date, fix date it will fix the wifi let me know
You have stock firmware T95Z Plus 16gb ROM and 2gb RAM.
Why didn't you try hardwiring it to see if there are any problems???

Adam Mcleary have you tried it on a different tv. If it is new set to a higher resolution than your TV supports it won't work. If it is that causing it you need to try it so it works and change the resolution in settings so it will work on your TV. Also sometimes hdmi leads won't work with the box.
Lamp Shade thanks having tried all sorts, got tired, left everything overnight, came back next morning, the greenish screen resolution on pictures were gone.

I have this box, it gets hot and freezes up. The fastes way to get and stay connected is to hold down the wps button on your router, it send a signal directly to your box. I might be getting my money back and putting it towards an Nvidia sheild if this box keeps acting up. Oh, and there is no option to choose 4k hmm, not on the device, not on youtube settings, nowhere. WOW, fake 4k
Don't waste money on a shield, they have some issues also that people don't report , they are not worth the extra money, get a 2015 Amazon Fire Tv on ebay cheap, they are awesome little boxes.

Changing wifi channel did not function. I found out that WiFi password must be no longer than 9 characters.

Do you have a Dualband WLAN Router? Change the setting in your router to 5GHz band. The transfer rate is twice als strong as 2.4GHz.
You can play 4K video in KODI )))) On CZcams it's impossible, you have right.

I have this model and it does not have that bug..thing can hold 6 kodi builds with no problem!

That's not where one would look for the solution but have no clue what you mean by changing to channel 5? However, we did solve our issue. Turns out that the keyboard that we had was causing the problem. When we turned it off and used the one that came with it, everything worked. No more not connecting to the internet via hard wire or wifi.
Does everyone in these types of videos only mumble or do they talk? I've had more fun at a library. Depressing..lol
