Yeah! And it came with a Naga, who was one of my favorites growing up, I always loved Naga and Wyvern

A monster fighting game instead of a game where you pick up hexagons while nothing happens is BEYOND INSANE
Wayforward must have been given like four dollars and two weeks to make this game
I mean yeah basically iirc they were on a super rushed schedule and it was developed during COVID, their original plan was to make it sorta like the TCG
And some people said bakugan defenders of the core was bad 😂this
Defenders of the Core is bad, but it's the best game ever compared to Champione of Vestroia

I just had to replay battle brawlers it didn’t take to long but it was as fun as when I was younger
Hey are there any other Bakugan games similar to Bakugan battle Ballers
they really dropped the bomb with this game, they should have done better. if me and others were in charge of this game we would have made more like the legacy games. I mean have voice acting, make it that the first Bakugan we find is Leonidas, make the battle play style like Defenders of the core, make sure the graphics are better, etc. We would have made sure this game would be fun as well as not make it switch exclusive and I know for a fact I am not the only person thinking like this. the only thing this game did better was the customization of our character but that's it nothing more.

I mean even something like Battle Brawlers but with the Toy Battling Game mechanics from the reboot would’ve been good enough
Bakugan needs a reboot that just goes back to the OG Battle Brawlers gameplay and design

Battle brawlers and defenders of the core were amazing and then theres this game wich failed hard.

You can get equipment to not have to always grab the Bakucore
Yeah but then you have the opponents that can knock you out and make you move slower. It's still a boring gameplay mechanic imo

As bakugan battle brawlers features have tactics thinking we're to place you're bakugan risk evolutions and more ans many save states like in the og also we want the anime actors one more time to shine that would be our dream am i right heck i would even play elemental knights on the switch wich has also a online feature and thousands of people play this (i mean fr)
I Just Wish Someone Port The Bakugan Models Form Champion of Vistoria Into Suff Like Unity and such So We Can At the Very Least Include them in Fan Games Or Animation Like Nillious Model Very Well Animated at least

I remember playing the first Bakugan game on the Wii, waaay back when I was a girl in middle school, and it was one of the BEST darn games I’d ever played in my life! I played the main story over and over again just for the fun of it.
But this game…. This looks just… bland to me. And boring.
Trust me, it is! Stick to the first Bakugan game!

The only good thing about this game is that you can create a female character, the old games you were stuck with only boys for some reason

I actually pre ordered this game hoping it'd be exciting but honestly I find it quite boring like it's quite repetitive m, I even took breaks I between tournaments for ages cause it was that boring. Heck I haven't even finished the "post" game stuff yet cause it's that boring. Will I sell my copy of it no will I do another play through of it maybe
None of the games were as fun as the og battle brawler game periody

Honestly when I heard they're making a new Bakugan game based on the reboot I thought that it might be something like Defenders of the core considering battles in the show.

i bought it day one release because I'm a huge bakugan fan, I have the original ds games and so many of the physical toys. I tried to like this game, because the first bakugan game was actually really fun. Emphasis on Tried.
I did the same thing, bought it day 1! Very disappointed in this game’s quality.
@@Mikeinoid I'd say the one good quality is that it has is a graphical improvement from the DS pixel limitations, that's it. had they done a remaster/reboot properly and ported it to Switch, I think they'd have a 10/10 game. could you imagine gyroscope support for the first DS game?

@@tylerstrong6051 I've been buying them on Ebay, sunk 1000 into the 250+ bakugan i have over 5 years. Whatnot also has /some/ bakugan, but I've only seen the marvel ones on there. you can check thrift stores and goodwills near you as well, i get jealous when redditors find them lol
After seeing baukgan champions of vestria , I realized that defenders of the core isn’t that bad of a game .
If I were to describe my experience with this game in a single sentence...
I have never regretted a purchase more than this game.

It's game just as garbage as the reboot, maybe the next Bakugan series will be better and we will got a good game based on it.
To my knowledge the developers only had like a year to make this game, which is probably why it ended up the way it did.
Still I'm pissed that they did this "action adventure" borderline Pokémon ripoff when all they had to do was make a decent Bakugan Pro TCG Simulator.
If they only had a year then they shouldn't have made the game at all 💀

This game was absolute garbage I really regret buying this game hoping it would remind me of old bakugan game but I was really really disappointed

I’ve never played this but it seems like it is still a fun game. I’m definitely seeing some flaws with it though
It was fun for the first hour of the game for sure. But then it got too repetitive and tedious.
@@Mikeinoid Ah gotcha. I used to LOVE Bakugan back in 2010-2011 when it was popular in my school. Then I remember Beyblades were the big craze. I only wanted to get this game since it’s the only Bakugan game on the switch.

yes this game is tr4ash, the battle system is so shitty, even the old ps 2 battle brawlers was much better
Been about 12 years when i bought it and it still plays like a charm on my ps2 no crashes or anothing and the disk has so manny scratches but the game is intact
