Hey Shelly, love the video as usual. You’re on the right track, I think keeping the fitness goals more attainable will make them easier to keep into your routine. I like moderate to heavy weightlifting so my muscles get so sore, I’ll lift 3-4 days a week, and do one LISS workout like walking in the week. I’ll be 40 in two months and this has kept me fit, snatched and healthy all throughout my 30s.
The sunglasses with the workout is a vibe lol 👏🏾
Move it or lose it, definitely! I love lifting weights, will be going back soon after a break 🏋♀
That was a great simple makeup routine. I don’t wear makeup at all but I appreciate how the lil went a long way and just brightens the face some. I want to try.

It reminds me of spa vibes ☺️🥰 I think I’m gonna start reading a book as soon as I get up. I’ve been having issues with picking up my phone first thing in the morning and it makes me drag out the bed. I just got a clock that has the right time on there lol just so I don’t have to look at my phone.
