@AbdullaHernandez if you have 48 mins to waste fair enough. 48 mins can be spent during self ruqyah. More beneficial.
Speaking from experience. When you read surah baqarah from start to finish everyday, do self ruqya on yourself 2 hours in morning and evening, do half hour adkhar after each salah, and do your daily activities like work and home life in between for the good part of a year then let me know what lazy is.
Otherwise u dont know what lazy is.
11:47 actual ruqya advice starts, it is very important to correct your aqeedah, self ruqyah will only be effective if your imaan is strong and if your imaan is strong then it protects you Insha'Allah so you wouldn't need to spend a huge part of your day on ruqya and can have more time for other activities or acts of worship Insha'Allah
@masoodshabudin7696 self ruqya works when it is consistent. Possession/ayn/hasad does not look at ur aqeedah, how strong ur imaan is... in fact if ur imaan is strong u will be attacked further more, why attack and misguide someone who is already far from the deen?
Increasing in Allahs words is crippling for jinn, ayn and hasad. Dhikr, adhkar and reading any surahs is still worship regardless so nothing is lost. Imaan is strengthened through this. And gives u the stamina to keep going consistently.

I asked Sheikh Anees ur Rehman, Ustad of Abu zaid zameer sahab, regarding the same issue while specifically mentioning Iqbal salafi sahab, he said no harj in reciting them. And Allah knows best

What should one do when he recites or listens to the quran alone and gets symptoms like wanting to faint/feeling cold then hot/shaking. Feeling like wanting to vomit. Does this mean shaytan wants to leave and how do we then control from which part of body he is going to leave? Do we command it to leave our own body just like raqis do when reciting on others?
In this case The one should keep reciting and listening..because otherwise shaytan won’t be weak if you don’t go through some hardship while doing Ruqyah. It means shytan is being hurt so he wants you to stop but don’t stop
Assalamu 'alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu
Feeling cold, hot, wanting to vomit, are not indicators of shaytan wanting to leave, they are indicators that the ayaat are having an effect on the shaytaan, and the shaytaan is attempting to make it difficult for the patient to continue ruqyah.
If the shaytaan wants to leave the body, he will leave the body.
It can also be that the ruqyaah is having an effect on 'ayn (evil eye), and sihr (black magic), rather than shayateen inside a person's body.

Since I’m doing Ruqyah on myself. So it doesn’t tell anything really if you’re alone.

I got scared most two times: before fajr
And half an hour before maghrib
So to prevent the Jinns from overpowering me at those times, I recited surahs and dua at asr and after isha all the way til just before fajr.
I also had seven ajwa dates in the morning for a week.
I triggered the Jinns by watching Ruqiya videos so I suppose I was already possessed. I have been black magicked becuase I was told to wear amulets and my mother took to so many magicians growing up, each one lied and gave their own diagnoses and their own "cure".
My symptoms were more of me falling ill, memory loss, sleep paralysis, and getting really angry when provoked.
Even though I love Allah and always maintained a connection with Allah, it still affected me.
So now I can feel the Jinns in me wriggling through parts of my body every now and then which I wasn't aware of before watching the excorism vids.
Once I felt it when I recited the ayah of: wama kafara sulaiman (2:102 quran)
I try and pinch on to the area i feel the wriggle and recite: Bismillah, ana abdullah, ukhruj adhu'allah (in the name of Allah, I am the servant of Allah, leave oh enemy of Allah)
I'm afraid to go to a raqi and surface these Jinns. I'd rather pray and let Allah destroy them or take them away as I feel it's the most natural way to relieve oneself of Jinn possession.

Sister Satan has no power over you. If he does its because u gave it to him. Good news you can take it back.

As Salem Aleykum, if you don’t find any reliable sources that affirms this fact, then it is not required. and Allah u alem.
As Ustad said at the beginning of this video. All instructions must be evidenced i.e in Quran or Sunnah otherwise you must stop the action or disregard it
