4 weeks of work on the abandoned property. Is it all worth it?

What a great week. This marks exactly 1 month into our project. We have battled the unknown, worked to navigate the insane process of gaining permits and still managed to get work done. Aurora at ATX construction is crushing our deadlines. Hill Summit LLC has literally turned 1/2 the land into a dream.
