i pulled a ghost Dark magician and Yugi's world First edition Secret rare Dark Magician Girl out of one of these packs once still have them in my collection in good condition too thinking of getting them graded soon.

Looking at the 4$ stamp on the pack, it looks like Dollarama, a chain of dollar stores in Canada.
