adding an SD card wont impact performance at all, you could also upgrade it on ur own by getting a higher capacity SSD

Do you mean to Install windows 11? About 64gb. Call of duty is about 72 I believe. I've read a windows install is possible on an sd but I've also read the performance isn't that great which is why I opted for an external ssd
