Russia just can not cope with anything militarily that changes on the battlefield and this is the reason why a Ukraine the is constrained by the west with being able to use long distance weapons effectively is still able to run circles around Russia. Russia is lead by an office worker that is playing at being general which is another bonus for Ukraine. The best thing that can happen to Ukraine is Putin stays in his position as Russian leader. You would not want to risk somebody competent replacing him.
