When I did kinky braids or twists , I did crochet. It was safer for my hair. As for my edges, I used Rogaine for women drops or foam. Also I have my Braider start braid back not a my edges, that why she is pulling my edges
Hello. Thanks for this informative video. I have a question. I don't like wearing wigs and my edges come out so easily when I make protective styles. What hairstyles do you think I can make? Also, I am always careful when taking down hairstyles still I lose hair around my edges.
Anytime you want to put on braids make sure they leave your edges alone or pull it in a brush form. You can also fix in weaves that cover the front of your hair but make sure your edges aren't touched at all when braiding for the fix in
The process of making the hair alone doesn't sound healthy to me. Then taking it down requires another plethora of patience. That is one reason why I never make the kinky braids even though it seems so cool.
I'll definitely be trying out some of these styles even though I'm a naturalista. P.s I love your make-up

Yeah crotchet is a lot safer and yes never allow them to start braiding from your edges,cos it's risky.
