- Why I Bought the Canon 70d in 2024 - is the canon 70d still relevant? In my opinion, this camera at its current price point is a STEAL. Back when it was released, the Canon EOS 70D was already worth every penny, allowing creators to achieve their dream by creating what they love. Now, that same camera-which hasn't changed one bit-is accessible to everyone.
I bought one last year and it was an upgrade from my previous camera. I love it so much! Now I want something smaller lol
Running my 70D with a Tamron 24-70mm. Yeah, it's not the best lens for a crop sensor camera but I love running around with the two.
Excellent video Ryan! Just picked up a 10 year old camera too! Content is always first, audio and then video! Really great to have a camera that is good and would not break the bank if needed to be replaced! As always looking forward to your next adventure.

@@ryandobal Been exploring the less than popular bridge cameras. I have 2 Pentax bridges now, the X-5 and the XG-1 Really enjoy the X-5 due to the tilt screen and EVF. the XG-1 does not have a tilt screen, both are 16mp, one with a 26x optical, the other a 52x :)

Just bought it today for around 260 USD. Also a 24-150 F4 for 300 USD. 11000 shutter count and everything are in the good shape , come with boxes.

70D sucks for video trust me
