Perhaps we even could speak of seven blocks relevant to the pitch of weight:
    1) head,
    2) shoulder-line,
    3) chest (sternum or rip-cage),
    4) center (navel) -
as you already put it very clearly,
    and then additionally
    5) hips,
    6) knees, and
    7) feet (with at least nine possible contact-points to the floor).
Never ever hands or arms as you've already shown us.
Thanks a lot for your very clean and correct videos, they are extremely useful.

Thank your kind comment. We always appreciate feedback. In this video we intentionally wanted to keep it simple and clear therefore we skipped the knees. But we might want to do another video about it in the future👍

Great, looking forward. Already the idea of linking the knee to the relevant Second toe was very important, Thanks!
