It’s Christmas Eve! If you guys struggle to sleep try this.. 1. Have a late night on Christmas Eve eve (night before Christmas Eve) the 23rd 2. Drink tea or milk BUT not right before bed or you’ll need to pee before bed 😉 3. Try asmr it’s super relaxing 4.be active before bed so your body feels tired, which will make you tired 💤 5. Try to not think about Christmas or gifts in the morning. (Ik this one is sooo hard) but think about going back to school, work, or think about your pets. Idk anything to take your mind off it! 6. Try breathing to calm you down. Breath in for 4 hold for 5 release for 6 and continue (any breathing exercises tbh) 7. Don’t focus on going to sleep. Try not thinking about it. Almost convince yourself you don’t need to sleep. That way your not focusing on it. I will tell you the first time I got a stye (a few weeks ago) the eye makeup remover actually helped heal it way faster. Mine was small and I caught it early on, but something in the oils made it heal in a few days.
I think the Sephora one is actually pretty good. They gave you two products plus a lot of name brands. $90 is still steep but I’d probably consider lol
