Ingredients for a luxurious and royal meal with rice and chicken
Whole chicken thighs - 5 pieces
Lemon cut into slices
Juice of half a lemon
A tablespoon of salt
A tablespoon of crushed garlic
Two tablespoons of yogurt
Two tablespoons of tomato molasses
A small cup of olive oil
A teaspoon of coriander
A teaspoon of onion powder
A teaspoon of oregano
Half a teaspoon of ginger
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
A quarter teaspoon of ground cardamom
Bay leaves - 5 pcs
Second layer
Onions cut into small slices - 7
salt
red pepper
Oregano
olive oil
Cover it with parchment paper and tin foil
To prepare rice
A quarter cup of vegetable oil
A tablespoon of animal butter
Two and a half cups of soaked basmati rice
salt
Boiling hot chicken broth - 4 to 1/4 cups

ملعقتان كبيرتان من دبس الطماطم
كوب صغير من زيت الزيتون
ملعقة صغيرة من الكزبرة
ملعقة صغيرة من بودرة البصل
ملعقة صغيرة من الأوريجانو
نصف ملعقة صغيرة من الزنجبيل
نصف ملعقة صغيرة من الفلفل الأسود
ربع ملعقة صغيرة من الهيل المطحون
أوراق الغار - 5 قطع
الطبقة الثانية
بصل مقطع إلى شرائح صغيرة - عدد 7
ملح
فلفل أحمر
أوريجانو
زيت الزيتون
نغطيها بورق الزبدة وورق القصدير
لتحضير الارز
ربع كوب من الزيت النباتي
ملعقة كبيرة من الزبدة الحيوانية
كوبان ونصف من الازر البسمتي المنقوع
ملح
مرق الدجاج الساخن بدرجة الغليان- 4 أكواب إلا ربع
ملون طعام
