Bill Kirchen, Redd Volkaert and Albert Lee at 2016 Folk Alliance

This "official showcase" at the 2016 Folk Alliance Conference in Kansas City, MO on February 20, 2016 was a telecaster guitar "summit" with Kirchen, Volkaert and Lee playing for over 30 minutes. Kirchen and Volkaert played a great showcase in 2015 (I have it on CZcams) but this was even better with addition of Lee. This is one of quite a few 2016 FA videos I'll be posting.

I love the way these guys all play differently, with their unique personalities. I watch a million blues-rock jams on youtube where all the guitar players sound exactly alike.

used to play with Redd when he was just 15. he was a monster back then but he favoured his 57 Strat back then.
