The requirements in Dungeon Divers has quickly become my most hated part of the game.
they realized too many people were going for the mith soul that they pulled the rug out and made it super difficult towards the back end

If it was done on purpose, it is to catch the player unprepared, by surprise, where the only way for the player to complete the event is to buy more energy. As I said above, the greed is unparalleled.
@@sineirsnapicin many countries this is illegal practice btw..no one will go for a lawsuit but you could in Germany and most countries in Europe in some even the government would step in btw had that case with many gacha games btw.. where they changed events last few days to make people buy stuff look it up, Belgium and Norway especially..it’s crazy

I think these events are a prelude to the fusion events. They are testing the spend limits of their player base trying to increase their profits. Just look at the inflated costs in the shop and compare it to 2 months ago ( a steep 100% increase). There seems to be a clear strategy for doubling their profit margin.

I was telling my clan this whole time, something feels wrong about this dungeon divers event. And they kept just saying " oh, its always like that" Im like no man, I'm not gettin anywhere. Then, I open shards for champ chase, 29 voids i got 29 rares... ( during the double up event, no less) and I had to open all the rest of my shards. Then, I STILL only had 4100 out of 4200 points. Feels manufactured to me... luckily i got one more void shard from doom tower and got the last 100 points (urogrim).
same here.. i started blowing my ancients.. and got all rares.. like 20 times in a row, no epics. But whatever. on a 2x event i'd be quite annoyed.
I thought it was just me. i bought 2 void packs for $60 with 20 void shards. it was 18 rares and 2 epics. Good thing I got Nia.

PlariumPlay event calendar initially showed Dungeon Divers for 27-30JUL(3 days), then later they changed to 2 days (27-29JUL).
3950 DD points in 2 days means ~2000 DD points/day.
Earlier we had ~1350 pts/day, same number if DD would had lasted for 3 days.
I remember DD when they had ~850 DD points/day.. and now ~2000 :P
Thats right. They make this event the most hated thing into the game.
They see whales accounts with 1 billion energy and do the math, so in average all the community can do this easly 💩
they seriously meant it for 3 days and for some scheduling bs decided to just squeeze it to 2days without changing any milestone reqs - even after puttign in calendar its 3days... plarium is such bs, don't spend ur money
I got lucky and decided to go hard to get the relentless gear in Ice Golem, ended #2. But I remember clearly seeing the 3-day dungeon divers and thinking: Should I just grind the rest on Monday? Im sure many people thought the same thing and chose differently. I agree Boozor, this is very bad for many people.
I'm so glad you made this video. I thought I just missed a day or something. Thankfully I was only going for the four star but the wonky point spread and complete missing day, I couldn't justify burning more gems to get the points, so I'm just doing artifact enhancement which originally I was skipping to save silver for the upcoming fusion. All good but thanks for bringing receipts and confirming I'm not crazy lol

I went for a holiday on this weekend. When i realized this dungeon divers is so strict i started to consume all the energys i could (weekly quests 260 monthly quests 400, 50 days of saved up energies in my box ) I am a f2p player so this was a really big investment. Today i had to realize they made a much easier dungen divers to compensate people who didnt invest energy at the weekend into the hardcore dungeon diver... It feels like plarium makes fun of me... This is utterly outrageous and i hope they will give us an apology and some compensation.
same here i wasted over 800 gems and hours of gameplay and my sleep and mental sanity to finish this and now this wtf i want at least my gems back

My dungeon divers is showing 1d 22h and also 30,70 serpent points .
Maybe they did some initial mistake in num of points and they messed up even more while fixing it.
Different start/end times for different players. Different rewards too. Seems to be level based but why start/stop them at different times?

They added in the new DD surprise today. It seems like they wanted to pressure people to pull shards in the Champ Chase at the last minute.

Absolutely. I had to waste an extra 700+gems yesterday to get the last 70 serpent points before fire knight started. This is ridiculous.

I got zero points from that dungeon divers even with finishing all of Ice Golem. Blew off 150 points for that event not even realizing it was only 2 days. However, on the bright side, the new dungeon divers is extra and the 100 points in it are in addition to the 1750 original stated. There is a total of 1850 points available making that shortened DD not as critical. I know they will hide behind saying the schedule is subject to change but they should have sent a news release to our inbox as opposed to just making the changes and not mentioning it.
I noticed that the game's Prism Shards events was extended twice. However, according to the calendar, it was supposed to end a day earlier.
The calender only accord for sale of prism. The sale always ends 1 day before it ends

Yeah, those dungeon divers are ridiculous. They gave us only 2 days… I spent quite a bit of gems just to get the second serpent point rewards. There’s now another dungeon divers for only 2 days with ridiculous points. It’s insane… I‘m stopping at the 4 star blessing
Last week I got the top tier chest from Ultra nightmare Clan boss and then I got the second highest tier even though I should have gotten the highest one. Because we defeated the clan boss. It's not the first time this has happened, I haven't played since last week.
I had to spend ~800 crystals spamming dungeons when I realized DD ended last night and didn't go into Fire knight got the points but sucked they changed it last minute.
Then they tossed in a new DD for 100 pts and the point split and points needed is a rip off for their mistake.
I guess, they made mistake with in-game end date. Calendar showed correct 3 days.
It was easier to correct calendar than in-game date :P
I didnt notice in time that it had changed so just missed out on 120 points that i had planned, did ice golem until i was close to the 50 points and then was going to do the 50 and 70 with FK

Agree. Got needed fragments from Ice tnmt that gave only ~1500 in divers. So the rest 1350 (for 50 fragments) done quicker in spider H10. Probably skipping FKn tnmt if no good gear set on 3x.
Luckily I pushed in card flipping event thanks to the Protection accesories hunt.
I think it's a horrible soulstone event because of the huge resource drain. I feel sorry I used 4 of my sacreds in the beginning to get points. During the flipping card event I had already decided not to go hard anymore because that was ridiculous. Now I am glad I did.
There is listed another 2 day dungeon divers and it says it should have another titan points in it...
Looks like they may have caught their mistake. Also this artifact event has 100 points. I thought it was supposed to be 50?

Yup. I just noticed they have another dungeon diver starting in 10mins or so. But that doesn’t help those who already spent gems and energies to complete the 2day dungeon diver.

I was focusing on the champion chase tournament and thought I would have plenty of time for the dungeon diver. Now it's looking like I'm going to miss out on the 5 star even with the "100" they added and it's still as short so it doesn't really help either. Especially since it's less than the last one. A huge miss on a 5* soul that shouldn't have happened.
More fool you for going for the event! I made an "I'm quitting for a while, lets burn all my resources" grab about a week ago so completely committed to not doing any of these events because i couldn't! It's a bold strategy, cotton, but one that looks to be paying off for my mental well-being.

I feel like this has happened before at least one other time if not twice, where I thought a tournament was ending on one day and it ends a day early but I thought maybe I was bugging. Now I know
I do not really take note of how long events run but I nearly got the points I needed and did not realise that the event ended. I'm so pissed! Now I know why! I would not have known about this if you didn't mention it, bullshit that they did this!
I had 20k energy and 38 mil silver banked before starting this event. It worked out well for me, but I wouldn't have made it otherwise

Was absolutely insane. As a f2p I felt almost cheated by this dd. Thankfully I m sitting on like 14k gems. Or better was, down to 13k cause I had to spam spider 20 for 1 day straight to get 3k points in a single day.
knew i wasnt crazy, i calculated my energy to complete it but i realized 4h before that it ended today, i was pretty much 1 day worth of energy off and now im not sure if ill make the last soul
I quit doing Fusion/Fragment events after Armanz. Too much of a time sink and I don’t like feeling like I have to play this game the way Plarium wants me to. Best thing I could do next to quitting entirely.
Did you notice the dungeon divers tomorrow has serpent points? Probably realised a mistake and corrected it.
what blows my mind is their way of "apologizing" was to release ANOTHER dungeon divers event with lower point increments and energy spendage AFTER the 2day one ended... its not like we need that "additional" points coz we were forced to pop over 2-3k gems worth of energy to complete the event, the worst part is they let us know an hour before the event ends that there will be an additional event which means you popped all that energy and used gems to finish the event which was unnecessary and a waste coz the additional event would have covered the points you needed for that last increment of points... freaking disgusting and scummish.

Hey Boozer great job calling this out. I bet the response is going to be trash reimbursement. I was able to finish the dungeon divers but it took 1k gems to do it. I would normally never spend that as a F2P player especially before personal rewards cvc coming up but I had no choice if I wanted to finish this and get 5 star mithrala soul....feels bad.
I noticed that change and was so happy I completed chase and the deck for the first time. That was the old switcheroo
I just got the big points from the champion chase and skipped this whole dungeon diver nonsense, had to burn a few misery shards and fuse a few epics (Broadmaw etc.) but it saved me a bunch of energy.
They make it only last two days, with increased points AND so it doesn´t even overlap with the fire knight tournament. Thank fuck, i got enough points to get the 5 star soul with just arena and artifact now.
I just converted ~1200 gems to energy and run IceGolem 20 (~2,5min) non-stop. By the way, 1 energy converts to ~0,85 DD points on Dungeon20.

I’ve been screwed. Their make up event is impossible for me to finish because i no longer have access to the spent energy. I could not get the 2nd tier in champ chase so I was going to focus on Dungeon Divers and was very confused last night seeing the short timer on DD. Ugh!
I spent so many resources to get all the points in that dumb ass path event and even worse deck of fate.
Will be at 1460 if I get remaining point, including the 30 from the new DD event. In no way will I be able to get the 70 points in the new DD

I purposefully stopped running dungeons because I saw that I could finish the DD with the overlap in Fire Knight TA. I wasn't feeling good last night so I went to bed super early and woke up to find the DD was ending in 7 minutes. I thought I was just wrong and figured I had screwed myself. So glad you put up this video.
It's bad enough that you have virtually no way of telling where you stand on these events unless you're willing to manually track the events and guess at the amount of points in future events. The ole "keep em in the dark" mentality, because informed players won't spend money. Accident or not, this is unacceptable. You can't change the game when we are 85% of the way finished. We'll probably get a free energy refill, though.
Plarium realized their mistake and added another dungeon divers event. So you can still overlap the new dungeons divers with the fire knight.

I am FTP. I drained all my energy and gems to make this DD happen because I thought I was going to miss out on the 5 star soul. Now I’m resource drained right before a fusion. To make things worse, I was top of the leaderboard in champ chase for the 6 star ninja soul. I watched the leaderboards like a hawk for the last 5 minutes and there was no movement. I was 1000 points ahead of number 2 and over 3000 ahead of number 3. The tournament closed and I checked the leaderboard while it was finalizing. No movement on the leader boards still locked into first place. After about 2 minutes the finalizing was completed, I went to get my rewards and magically someone that was out of the top 3 was listed as number 1. How does someone get those points to come in after the tournament is over, seems like some BS to me. Long story short I will never participate in one of these tournaments again if this is what is going to happen. I got sniped, but after refreshing the leaderboard constantly to make sure this wouldn’t happen and then some how I still lose? Just doesn’t seem right. Very frustrated and deflated after yesterday

It did seem a bit steep for dungeon divers, but i didnt even think twice i just assumed plarium intended to do that. Glad it was a mistake though because i dont want that being the new standard for sure.
Plarium need to fix 3vs3 and increase the points you get for dungeon divers and champion training as well as points for the summon events.
It was really bad - after I finished IG I had to burn around 600 gems to finish the the DD
Had to do the Dungeon Divers because I skipped most of the deck of fate. Finished it with the artifact enhancement this morning. Bullshit that I had to use so many gems for energy because of their "mistake". Their response was putting another dungeon divers with LESS points required is fucking ridiculous. Their needs to be real compensation for the energy and gems we had to use out of fear of missing out on something we had to grind so hard for.

i was planning to finish it with fire giant....f....i didnt know it was going away and now there is a dif DD?? huh???? for this reason of them cutting it short, i wont be able to hit my target of the 4* soul
I've used lots of gems to make sure I hit the DD event, they have then released a message today to say that they are starting a new DD event for 2 more days with 100 points. I have the soul now. What about a reinbursment for the 1000+ gems I've spent that I didn't need to?
I try to stay low spend, but had to buy energy to finish this dungeon divers last night... I was SO confused cause I thought I had more time 😅
What's worse is I was trying to overlap FK with the end of the dungeon divers so I could be more efficient
I finished mine Saturday morning but I also had a large stockpile of energy. Even with that it cost me around 5000 energy and I was down to about 600 when I was done. I wasn't going to do anymore turn attacks if I didn't have to and then I noticed the ice golem didn't need any epics, which saddened me because I could have done that instead of spider. Oh well.....I have the 5 star blessing and done with the event.
I burned through half my gems (about 1200 or so, I lost count) for that Dungeon Divers. It was unreal. This one caught me off-guard.

I missed the first day of events and I am falling 110 points short of the 5 star soul which is very upseting but I won the ninja soul off of 7k mystery shards pulled.
They have done this on more than one occasion they did it in the middle of artifact enhancement started out three days and ended after two. They also robbed me of the 50 points that I had won and when I clicked on the reward the whole event disappeared with no points awarded.
It absolutely should not happen again. You can't put out a schedule and then change it. People plan according to the published schedule. Shoot Plarium APP on PC just updated to link events to your calendar so you won't miss events!! This is totally unfair, and the correction is not right. The extra dungeon drivers should be longer and have the same point goals. I do understand that it's running up against the fusion, but that is not the players' fault!!
Yes. Screwed me. I need to look at the remaining events, but it will be tight for me to pull this off, if at all. AND I spent way more resources than I had intended to finishing the stupid Deck of Fate.
They added another 2 day DD with 100 extra points. I skipped the 70 from the one because my card flips were good to me. Now you can skip 350 points.

not sure - as i mentioned, as of friday afte plarium office hours - the plan was still 3 days , so someone changed the plan on teh weekend? or it was pre set to happen that way. either way the customer base suffers needlessly so.
its possible they fixed it today (monday) morning, first thing aftering coming into the office in AM when the after they saw my msgs
but who knows - maybe they planned this 'fix' all along

If you looked at the ingame time earlier, more than 24 hours ago, then you would have seen the dd ending today...
This is why I hate doing events. Too often I will be compelled to play the game far longer than I want to and is healthy. I didn't do these events but if I had, I probably would have had to stay up for multiple hours to protect my time investment and use up resources and now to see there is 2 days left would have frustrated me if I had pushed myself to complete the event for no reason.

Honestly getting ridiculous. I spend money and it is still hard to get these if you are not end game. It is absurd. Essentially Plarium says screw all players except end game whales. I love the game but it is getting tiring.

When they started countdown for the DD they put in the banner with the prism in it. My guess is that they copied that DD (that was a 2 day one) without adjusting the days and just filled in the point as for a 3 day one. No control what so ever

And after getting back from work, its over. I might probably miss out the 5 star soul by 50 to 80 points.😢
You can get another 100 points for 2650 DD points in the extra DD they now opened

I was affected. Didn't catch it until last night, so I had to use about 800 gems lowering to S24 for a faster farm. Just felt like a dump since most of the return was ofc 5* gear.
Brother, it's such as mess and I feel taken advantage of as a consumer and player. A 3950 dungeon divers point target with only Ice Golem Turn Attack as a concurrent event with two days to complete?! There is always at least two tournaments over dungeon divers and they are generally three days long... never mind the higher point total and never mind the LAST MINUTE CHANGE. I was disgusted.
I would love to request the 1240 gems I burned in Spider making up the excessive point total.... Having a second dungeon divers added is too-little-too-late where the damage had already been done.

The dungeon diver cost, time mistake, as well as "surprise, we added another event" will have me rethinking future events they run. I know plarium can be predatory and disingenuous, but this takes it to a new level.
killed myself trying to finish so I had the points needed... I must burned a nearly 1000 gems and hours. Game already takes too much time, and time I have.... but not this much time... :(.... plus the points needed are crazy... they have increase the amount of energy needed, but have not increased the value of the artifacts we are farming :(... its a game... I don't mind spending, but the cost is too high, so I don't spend much at all..

its cool that plarium added new dungeon divers but what about my 500+ gems which were wasted on the old dungeon divers? ive planned my event perfectly so that i would be able to finish off in 3 days but due to one day being short i had to spend gems... im furious
It's good to have bonus but a poor consolation for people committed to first divers and got screwed
