- Hi everyone! I finally got myself a good quality nail drill and I'm so excited to share it with you! This nail drill was from Amazon for just around $35. In this video I will unbox the e-file and show you how it works. Later in the video I will be removing my gel nails and builder gel with the electric nail file. Since it's not too powerful of a drill, you'll want to remove gel polish with the ceramic bit at the highest setting and add a tiny bit more pressure than what you're using! Holding the drill like you would a pencil while anchoring your pinky against the nail you're filing will make it to where the drill won't slip on you!

I enjoyed this video! I am a novice (I would even say a newborn 😅) when it comes to doing my nails. I use regular nail polish but will be branching out to gel next.
I have a dumb question- why would you want the drill to go backwards?

Thank you❤️ I’m glad you liked the video! I think if you’re left handed you would want to use reverse and forward if you’re right handed. I’m still new to using a nail drill so there could be other reasons for the reverse that I don’t know about. Thanks for watching!
