Welcome back to another video from SpottersUK, In Today's video we will be showing my yearly highlights of South Western Railway and Large Number of clips i have filmed of the year so far!
We have a large variety of stations including Shawford, Clapham Junction, Wareham, St Deny's, Eastleigh and many more! The South Western Mainline is my local line and i do not film as much on there as i should so this can be a appreciation post, this is also for everyone who is either stuck in the Lockdown or all the key workers as a source of entertainment for everyone!
The Majority of units in this video will be the usual class 444 desiro however, there are a couple of clips from the New Class 701 Units, Class 450's and also SWR Class 159 on Route Learning at winchester, I have a schedule of videos that i want to make when this lockdown finishes in preparation for the summer period! Any Station Suggestions are welcome in the comments section below.

Any news on when the class 701 units will be coming into service?

i’m not 100% sure, hopefully some time this year. although, they do keep getting postponed

@@SpottersUK I have also read that one of the units it's replacing class 456 have been withdrawn from service as the lease ran out on 17th January this year.

I know they (Class 456) were all scrapped but honestly, SWR should of kept those in storage for spares.
