11:25 I spoke to one of my teachers and he told me the opposite, apparently the government will take the highest mark. Like if you want to upgrade (rewrite) your maths and the marks comes back lower than what you got in your NSC exams , the government will keep your marks like before and disregard that low rewrite marks. Your marks will not drop.

Hey after doing another research your original marks remain if you fail to improve your marks. Please double check with your teachers because seemingly things are changing every year.
Upgrading it is when you have met NSC requirements but you are not satisfied with your marks then to try improve your grades you can upgrade. Basically you passed but you feel like you can do better then you can upgrade Rewriting it is when you failed or did not write your final. The for those specific subjects you can rewrite them
No i know people who went from 40% to 80% in maths too! It’s all about discipline most people don’t do well because they don’t change their study methods and their motivation is low.b
Guys I got bachelors and my maths is 60 and I wish to take it to level 7 with upgrading what I am asking is that what if I upgrade then I get 30% which results will be valid

Don’t aim for the minimum requirements you won’t get in. Rewrite maths and other subjects and aim for an aps of 36+

I noticed that the registrations for May/June is closed.
I also noticed it I don't know why I can't

Apparently they'll use the initial which is high I was told by someone who's working at the district it decrease when u rewrite not when upgrading
