Hate to break it to you but that's unlikely. One for all can only have one user per generation and it can't be inherited. Only given. It might be possible for him to steal One for all in the future though. However even that seems like a stretch. Sorry.

@@beepboop7748 I replied to you before you edited your comment to clarify what you meant. I was only disagreeing with the theory you made, which is why I pointed out that if he were to get OFA it would have to be given to him. Something you did not previously do.
As for him being given OFA, I doubt it. The only reason deku got OFA was because he didn't already have one (and "heroism"). Eoin already has multiple quirks to choose from. There really isn't a point in giving him both overpowered quirks.
