@@conniedeberry7812 Hello there. The unit was very comfortable and I have a medium sized head so I'm told 😁 and I didn't have to adjust the straps. Cap is roomy so I feel that you may have to adjust those straps for a smaller head, of course this is just my opinion. I hope this helps and thanks for watching.☺️
