I sold unnecessary things I had just sitting around collecting dust. I threw every single dollar I made at the debt. All I know is I never want to be in that situation again. I personally cut back on expenses like going out to eat, cut my credit cards by over 95%, and paid off my land mortgage so that I could buy more silver. So thanks SVT for these vids because it has mattered to at least myself and my family.

24 year old here.I just started stacking.Almost 75 oz this month,I found that when i get my pay i immediately place a order online or go to the local shop and buy up some silver. I don't wanna do the whole tomorrow i will place a order tomorrow i will go to the shop.If i do that the money leaks into other places and before i know it i am like where did the money for the roll of eagles i was gonna get this week go to.

I have been saving silver before the internet, CZcams or the term "silver stackers" were invented and I will attest to the fact that this video pretty much hits the nail on the head. I am in my fifties now and I have seen silver explode twice in my silver savings career, neither of which time I sold any large portion of my savings. The financial discipline that a "stacker" will acquire will make them much more wealthy, no matter what the spot price does. I have always just thought of it as a silver savings account, which I find much more enjoyable to play with then I do my monthly 401K statement :)
How bad do I want it? I want it enough to sacrifice all the fakeness this world has. "Family" "Friends" "Relationships", all finite and based on self interest, holding great counter party risk. (Especially with marriage.) My gold, silver, and rhodium are mine, and only mine. I plan to give up smoking soon to have just a few more ounces a month. I don't go out, I don't hang out with people, I don't associate much with family. All any of that does is wear on my nerves, but the sweet, delicious sound I hear when I let my silver bars and coins slip through my fingers into my hands in a stack? There is no child's laughter that sounds sweeter, no smile of a woman that looks lovelier, and no hug that feels so sweet.

Just started my stack. Buying small purchases each month which includes bullion and coins ( I love to collect gov issued coins) Start small and be consistent. I find its easy for me to save this way because I dont want to decrease the stack. Thanks for the vid.

I started looking into the first lunar series and see that there are some overdates / coins marked as 2007, although they are not 2007 in the series. Are these overdated coins considered as a lesser value, similar to a restrike? Would you recommend that I stay away from those overdated coins as part of my lunar collection, or is it a non issue? I am about 45 minutes away. I mainly buy online, but when I do use an LCS, I go to Vermont Coins and Jewelry in South Burlington, across from the University Mall.
Nicolas, that is up to you bud. I personally prefer the all silver version, Im not a big fan of the painted coins, but it is ALL personal preference. Some people love them.
I have watched this video at least a couple times because I love looking at your stack and hearing these positive thoughts... I know you haven't taken the leap yet, but you should really jump in and buy some gold to balance out that silver. Maybe do a 50/50 mix on your next purchase, whenever that may be?

Its a huge step in your life, in the right direction. Everything will seemingly fall in place, once debt is removed, and you start adding wealth. Whether its silver, or another financial instrument, debt free is the way to go!
What is your typical turnaround time from Scottsdale? I ordered from them once, and I didn't take delivery for 50 days. I don't mind a reasonable wait, but nearly two months was a little much for me.

I bought 50 oz of silver (mainly bullion), but i felt bad in the beginning :P it's weird.. but i did.. but then i started thinking; i'm actually taking my paper money, i pay a fee obviously.. but i get another physical value back.. equal to the paper money that i sent :) can't wait till it arrives, 3-5 weeks :D !

i agree i made a lot of mistakes when i was younger im 28 have 45 g's in the bank. silver and gold, im glad i took control of my money at a young age, but i blew at least 20 g's when i was younger.

You obviously know more about semi nus than I do, so I have a question. I started looking into the first lunar series and see that there are some overdates / coins marked as 2007, although they are not 2007 in the series. Are these overdated coins considered as a lesser value, similar to a restrike? Would you recommend that I stay away from those overdated coins as part of my lunar collection, or is it a non issue? Nice video! I like your comment "How bad do you want it" and the simple notion (since banks are not paying interest) is, if you would throw a couple dollars away into a box daily, after a yr, there is a nice vacation or after 5 yrs, there is a car etc

I am about 45 minutes away. I mainly buy online, but when I do use an LCS, I go to Vermont Coins and Jewelry in South Burlington, across from the University Mall.

Nicolas, that is up to you bud. I personally prefer the all silver version, Im not a big fan of the painted coins, but it is ALL personal preference. Some people love them.

I know you haven't taken the leap yet, but you should really jump in and buy some gold to balance out that silver. Maybe do a 50/50 mix on your next purchase, whenever that may be?

Its a huge step in your life, in the right direction. Everything will seemingly fall in place, once debt is removed, and you start adding wealth. Whether its silver, or another financial instrument, debt free is the way to go!
What is your typical turnaround time from Scottsdale? I ordered from them once, and I didn't take delivery for 50 days. I don't mind a reasonable wait, but nearly two months was a little much for me.

I bought 50 oz of silver (mainly bullion), but i felt bad in the beginning :P it's weird.. but i did.. but then i started thinking; i'm actually taking my paper money, i pay a fee obviously.. but i get another physical value back.. equal to the paper money that i sent :)
can't wait till it arrives, 3-5 weeks :D !
