- Acadia National Park in Maine has long been a destination we have wanted to visit. Before heading over to Mt. Desert Island, we stopped and took in the Schoodic Peninsula. Of course, being in Maine, we also had to eat a little lobster.

Beautiful scenery, I loved your drone shots! What a cool place to visit. I love the platform to built your tent. You don't see that very often. Great video, thanks for sharing :)
Lots of tent platforms in the Northeast US and they’re actually extremely helpful. Keeps you dry! Thanks for watching!
Maine is such a special place! That’s where I was born! I hope to go back there this summer.
It truly is a great place! The coast is stunning and the small towns are terrific…hope you can go back this summer!
My wife and I are planning a trip to Acadia/Bar Harbor for 3 nights, possibly camping October 12-14. What dates in October were you there (you mention that some of the restaurants close for the season)? Also, how cold did it get at night? Thanks for the video. You did a great job!
We were there about a week earlier. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a few places closed although enough should still be open. During the days it was warm but at night it was cold, we actually bought a space heater to keep us warm. 👍🏼
@@AdamandMadalyn Thank you. We are changing our plan, just in case. I did check the campground where you stayed and their website says they close for the season on the 10th.
Yea that sounds right
