Came across the corpses of another team who were killed by the last team they fought during that test. The Chunin Exams on Naruto's day did NOT fuck around.

Boruto, who is clearly a prodigy, unlike Naruto at his time, cheated vs a gum guy... In Naruto, we looked at family squabbles, the results of hard training (Lee vs. Gaara), and what it means not to give up to the last (Naruto vs. Neji). Boruto is nothing like that. And the whole show is like that. They nerfed Naruto and Sasuke just for the sake of Boruto's plot and cuz they were lazy to think about something greater. I cried tears of grief as I watched Naruto vs Delta fight. I just couldn't hold any more stupid stuff they do to my dear characters. And that was a manga chapter adoptation...

I think this show on how naruto changed a lot about being a ninja, and made it into the way hashirama liked it. In naruto the world has not yet reached peace. So the ninja's have to be strong to live and prosper there village. While in boruto Naruto made true peace making ninja a lot more softer (It was literally said in the anime that the ninja in boruto are weaker than in naruto because there is no harsh training). So basically what im saying is that in naruto you are a soldier in a never ending war while in boruto being a ninja is like being a police officer who catches petty thieves.

The fight scenes in Boruto are basically rushed in a way and have very little to no planning whatsoever. They basically just rush in and attack without prior examination. Naruto fights were pre planned and even gave us a in depth view of what the characters were thinking on doing. Take Shikamaru for example, his fights revolved around the whole aspect of intelligence and outthinking/outperforming his opponents.
Take Sakura vs. Ino for example, or better yet - take TenTen vs. Temari. Chunin exams on naruto trash 1 (kid naruto) were worse than boruto. Only the shippuuden comes above these.
The fact that the Chunin exam went from a key arc which introduced our protagonists to the larger world of ninjas to a literal filler arc is indicative of how bad Boruto screwed up what it was supposed to be about

Man, watching the OG naruto when I was a kid was one of the best memories of my childhood 🥰 those were the good old days. I really miss the early 2000's

Fighting in boruto may have improved. But you can't beat the nostalgic fights back in naruto. Just something about them
I think this show on how naruto changed a lot about being a ninja, and made it into the way hashirama liked it. In naruto the world has not yet reached peace. So the ninja's have to be strong to live and prosper there village. While in boruto Naruto made true peace making ninja a lot more softer (It was literally said in the anime that the ninja in boruto are weaker than in naruto because there is no harsh training). So basically what im saying is that in naruto you are a soldier in a never ending war while in boruto being a ninja is like being a police officer who catches petty thieves.
BORUTO chunin exams vs NARUTO CHUNIN EXAMS is like comparing a baby with a giant.

Boruto aka the Disney version of Naruto
That whole arc was so wholesome nothing compared to boruto
The fight scenes in Boruto are basically rushed in a way and have very little to no planning whatsoever. They basically just rush in and attack without prior examination. Naruto fights were pre planned and even gave us a in depth view of what the characters were thinking on doing. Take Shikamaru for example, his fights revolved around the whole aspect of intelligence and outthinking/outperforming his opponents.
Take Sakura vs. Ino for example, or better yet - take TenTen vs. Temari.
Chunin exams on naruto trash 1 (kid naruto) were worse than boruto.
Only the shippuuden comes above these.

The fact that the Chunin exam went from a key arc which introduced our protagonists to the larger world of ninjas to a literal filler arc is indicative of how bad Boruto screwed up what it was supposed to be about
