Nice ride, I have a 2020 model with DNK tune and was wondering what your sprocket measurements are?
18 tooth front, I think 35 rear. Start with the front, 18, if it's not enough you could try 19 if they make one. Then you can leave the rear sprocket alone. I'm getting 65 mph plus at redline in first gear. I just released a video showing that
Bought a 2023 Speedmaster last fall and looking to get it set up. Handlebars have been my biggest issue. What you did is such a good solution. I really like your whole setup. Love the Speedmaster, now all it needs is my personal touches for my riding enjoyment through the endless curves and hills here on Tennessee backroads. Thanks for sharing.
I retired in Thailand so some stuff is hard for me to find… and I really didn’t want the mini apes on my speedmaster…. I think your setup is perfect… exactly what I need…. Looks good brings the bars back to me…. And I think I can those risers…. Nice bike…. Good job on your mods…. Thanks for the video…

Hey buddy, I recently test rode the speed master at a Triumph ride event, didn’t know what I was actually missing. The bike is so smooth. Definitely one in my future.

How badly does the Pannier support affect the suspension as one end it on the frame and the other on the moving swinging arm?
It might do a little but it's allowed to pivet at the top mounting point

Nice bike! How did you get the jekyll exhaust kit? I tried ordering it but cali laws😐😐 order didn't go through.

The 2 main disappointments with mine are the cheap plastic speedo and rear light.
Yea, the oversized turn signal indicators are an eyesore also.
