+Josh “LOADiee 戦利品” Flowers yeah man this kind of stuff hits you real deep. I'm suffering from depression right now and anxiety. I've been addicted to a video game called counter strike: global offensive. It is a shooter fps game. Anyways, i was living in a lifestyle of playing it every single day. I would wake up eat, and play it then when dinner comes i would go and eat and then go back to playing. I just had this one mindset, and it was to play this game. I'm currently 16 years old and i took homeschool when i was going to 9th grade. so yeah, i'am choosing to change my life and be with god. I know he can help me get through this! :D

Yeah, I'm 17, and GTA is my weakness when it comes to games. It's definitely not a good game in the sight of God.
But anyway, when i was in 10th grade i was running track and on March 3, 2014 my hamstring pulled. Long story short, that day was a new beginning. At first i was mad at God, but realized that there is so much more he has in store. I'm in 12 grade now (pulled the same hamstring 2 more times lol), and I'm more closer to God, than I've ever been.

Tyson Sprinter fantastic job bro, I pulled my lower back first at age 16, due to working. every year at least once I sprang my back again and again, boy my connection to God was closer than ever. I'm 34 now and still working strong in retail (lots of lifting) Thanks to our Lord mighty God, amen.

I watch this before school and after school it calms me I'm gonna show this to my English teacher and tell the class "this is how we live. Yeah we can't change the world but we can change our perspective of the world"
I hope this brings mental clarity to people who are blind and don't understand the moves that certain people make. This rope anology is powerful. Too many people are focused on the red part.

I’m a believer and God has been weighing for me to watch this video, sometimes I need to be reminded and be obedient. I’m an undeserving sinner that was chained to the world but through the blood of Jesus I’m free and a child of God 🙌🏽
I love this. It really changed the way I look at my life. I know I could die at any moment so I want to stand before God knowing that I lived for Him and gave Him my all. What use is it for me to gain the whole world and lose my soul?
+nicole nortman that is amazing, I just want to encourage you to stand strong because God's got you. I dont know about you, but i know that about us, us Christians will and are being chewed up and spit back out repeatedly time and time again because of what society believes and the fact that we're not going with the customs this world. Remember, we are here for a very very very short time. Is it worth it to live with what the world does, what everyone does, and suffer eternity? Or is it worth it to be with the Lord forever and suffer only a short time here on earth:)

@@burkhamerjulie3227 The word says “life is but a vapor”. It’s extremely short. Do you need evidence to know that you can die any moment? Those are facts we know. What will you do with that knowledge though?
@@ndiacarter6386 The only reason we know that we could die at any moment (which is not quite true actually) is because of past experience and research. This past adds up and provides evidence for the next generation. According to your argument we shouldn’t need evidence for anything because it’s such a short life anyways, this would also include the fact that we need to be a certain person to go to “heaven”. Why bother being Christian when there is no need for evidence that states you need to be Christian to go to heaven. I agree that we continue after life but definitely vastly different from what we can imagine and we will most likely be unconscious anyways. Why not live life at its fullest at every stage of it?? Why should we waste this time to quickly go to heaven when we could take our time and do it anyways?
I've heard a similar story previously. Life on Earth is described as a dot, a momentary blip on the radar of eternity, and eternity is represented as a line that extends forever. The question that was asked was simple: Are you living for the dot or for the line?

This is incredible. I'm positive I've never seen this before. But in a moment of grief having lost a family member too soon, this also came to me. Right down to painting 8 inches of the rope red.
God is good and this has helped me and many others.
It's not about what you do. It's about what you believe, what you put your trust in.

So simple and so clear. Great illustration. I pray that we all see that our relationship with God is greater than all that life has to offer, and that we can share the love of God clearly so that others may come to know Him and be saved.
This is an absolutely amazing notion. This is one to share with the unsaved, but also with people at Church. A poignant reminder of how short our time on earth, and how our time would be better spent with heavenward focus instead of a here-&-now focus
So important, everyone thinks they will live a long time when they are in middle and high school, and 10 years later you've known at least one classmate who's already died a tragic death whether from an accident or disease.

This video was played in my school assembly, I got to an Islamic school. We all loved the video especially the teacher who decided to show it in the school assembly. The same concept is applicable islamically and was a good eye openner. Thank you for this important reminder. Peace :)
I'm not religious because if there is one god, I don't want to believe in the wrong one. So I think to myself "I'll just have the same amount of hope in all of them, so the one it really is will prove he's real and he will be happy with me giving everyone an equal chance of belief

A man of god. Doesn't need a tuxedo to show how great of a follower he is. Everyone dresses nice to go to church but did the son of man wear rich colors to show his greatness? He wore rugged clothing yet saved the world from satins grasp. Give everything to the world to show your love for christ. When god blesses you with things he doesn't bless you with them to be comfortable. He blesses you to bless the world that needs them.
So true brother. Baptism is an act some people so, but it doesn't make you saved. Letting God into your heart (salvation) is what saves you!
Why do we care about the red part? If you’re agnostic like me, it’s all you know. If you’re a believer, then you care about the red part because it’s what god assigned you to. Be in the here and now.
What a powerful illustration. If we would just stop and think that our life is but a vapor that only appears for a while and then it's gone. Lord, Help me to be like Abraham who said that he was just traveling through looking for that heavenly city.

Francis Chan is a great Christian and it would be an honor to meet him because he made 2 million dollars off of his book "Crazy Love" and he didn't touch a penny of it and gave it away. I'd rather live like I'm going to meet a God I've never seen than live like there is none, die, and then find out He is real. The Word teaches us how to deny our earthly, fleshly, sinful nature and how to to treat and love one another IN SPITE OF OURSELVES. It simply all boils down to whether you want to give up what you want to do in this life. So please, instead of saying, "There is no God." which is a lie (Rom. 1:18-22). Just say I want to do what I want to do and I'll suffer the consequences later.

Imagine your life as one planck length and the rest of the universe overflowing with coiled up rope as eternal life. That is presuming you're saved and you actually get an eternity to live.
In the opening scene of the movie "Gladiator" Maximus says to the other soldier's on thier horses: ""If you find yourself with the sun on your face, riding in green pastures, do not be concerned, for you are already dead an in Elysium. And what we "do" in this life echos into Eternity.!"" Now I don't know about you, Butt I found that very profound coming from a movie. No truer word's have been spoken.! As I sat in the theater, I got chills down my back, an after the movie was over, I went strait out an bought another ticket an watched it again.! Just so I could partake of that opening scene, an hear those word's spoken again.!! ""What we "do" in this life echos into Eternity.!"" Powerful.!
The goal of the Christian is to be with Christ, so they live for this, as Paul said. The Christian gives up the things of the world to live for the faith in Jesus, for gratitude of his blood that was shed; and the real faith gives already joy inside, strength and constant peace and satisfaction that the world cannot give. The Christian finds joy and satisfaction when he does not look for this, but when he surrenders to Jesus and gives his life to Him, for gratitude, to live worshipping Him.
Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. "-Jer 29:10-14

Please do what you can in this world for the people and animals that we affect,enjoy yourself so you can say you have done something or helped new generations. in the end it doesn’t matter what you believe as long as it’s your life and only yours it effects, whatever you do don’t think just because you a get a sequel(apparently ) that you can’t experience, understand, enjoy new things and possibilities.if I had that rope I would put the red bit in the middle(us)the pat behind me and next generation in front of me. you may think you get a new life but what’s wrong with the one you’ve got.
