- The beginning of something new. It was the inaugural year of the ROAR 1:10 Off-Road Carpet Nationals. ROAR was founded in 1967 and since the beginning there has only been the 1:10 Off-Road Dirt Nationals, but new to 2022 is the carpet nats! Casey Vitale of Northwest Hobbies in Albany, Oregon volunteered to host his first National event and this new ROAR event.

This is freaking awesome!! Their speed down the straight is like they hit nitrous or mega boost! Wow! I'm guessing to build one of these is over $1000 U.S.D?$ nice race!

I'm in bed on My day off doing some laundry, cleaning and watching this in between the usual weekend tasks! These cars are so awesome! They are quick and handle like F1 cars!! Wow!
I’ve been on the watching bench of roar nationals and I don’t understand why some of these don’t have a grid. Do you know who’s winning or not? It’s hard enough to watch you. Don’t really know what the hell is happening. That grid or lineup helps a lot.
