PBC Lamb Ribs! Pit Barrel Cooker Lamb Ribs!

Today, I'm cooking a rack of beef ribs in my Pit Barrel Cooker! This little unit is one of my favorite cookers! Runs hot and fast, is easy to use and is super fun to cook on.
