Nice video! Thanks for putting this together. A few things to clarify that you weren’t so sure about:
The Material is 1000 Denier Cordura also made in either Canada or the US. The Trasharoo is some generic Chinese 600 denier, much inferior to our material and quality. Ours will not turn brittle to the point where you can rip it apart with 2 fingers. You will see that this won’t turn purple as soon as the sun hits it. In fact it won’t turn purple at all. A little fade, yes of course, it is still fabric, but nothing like the Trasharoos.
The straps inside are indeed for firewood, but they can also be used to wrap your camping chairs in or anything else that you can think of. It’s there so that the function of the bag isn’t compromised by stuffing items under the lid. You can flip the item back on top of the tire and still access your bags while your item will remain strapped in.
And the D rings actually go all the way around inside the bag and all 4 corners of the bags can be tied down so they trashbag opens when you open the GARB. It is designed for 2 full size garbage bags side by side, one for waste and the other for recyclable items.
As for the cost, yes it costs almost $200 with shipping and taxes (for Canadian residents) because these materials cost a lot more and these are hand made by 1 person as opposed to mass produced on an assembly line in China.

I agree after one year allday use of my G.A.R.B. it will not get purple @all.Yes a very little fade might be but it's not a lot.
You will be happy with it and enjoy it all the time on your trails.
Straps and muddy stuff after a recovery do fit perfect in the G.A.R.B. too... better in there than the car😉.

You will love it. It's super though. Spray it with 307 or some other uv fabric protectant. It might fade a bit but everything does

Hâte de voire je connaissais le produit mais je le trouve effectivement un peu cher je vais probablement opter pour le trasharoo mais hésite encore car c’est pour installer sur une tailgate de pickup et je dois me trouver une option pour éviter de trop abîmé la peinture. En vieillissant se que j’ai appris c’est de toujours acheter des produits de qualité car en bout de ligne sa risque de coûter plus chère avec les produits cheap! Par exemple j’ai acheté des sleeping pad cheap ( 80$ ) l’année passée et les 2 sont déjà fini l’air sort de quelque part! Donc je dois m’en racheter d’autres cette année!! Probablement que si j’aurais investi direct 200-300$ chaque au début j’aurais été bon pour plusieurs années!! Le GARB est clairement de meilleur qualité mais oui le Trasharoo est bien sauf qu’il tuff 2 ans genre!
Il y a une option pour monter un G.A.R.B. sur un pickup sans abîmer la peinture.Vous devez tout simplement les demander et ils trouveront une bonne solution avec vous.Je l'ai déjà vu installé sur un Jeep Gladiator.

A good quality video. But a 200 trash bag? Wtf? And do you have wildlife where you are? I wouldn't want to store any scented garbage in there..
It’s very high quality product!! Yes it’s expensive but it’s made with super high quality material!! The bag could be used to store anything, many people do not use it only for trash!! Wildlife here in the east is not so bad but yes sometimes it could be a great idea to put the bag inside the car during the night!
