You are right, as a fan of kpop and especially of BTS I know very well how CZcams works, for the visits to count you have to watch 2 or 3 different videos to be able to see the video again (in this case the one of Shakira) so that visits count and youtube does not take it as spam.

• Pique (name of her ex husband), but it also means SPLASH in spanish
• Claramente (name of her ex husband's mistress), and "clara" means "clearly" in spanish. You will also notice how she said "clearly or clara in spanish" but she adds "mente" at the end eventhough "mente" doesn't mean anything in Spanish. It is because the gold digger name (employee of Pique) is CLARAMENTE.
Addition:
• She compared Rolex to a CASIO because Casio sponsored Pique's team before on their game.
• Shakira also said that she's worth "two 22 years old" because the mistress is just 22 years old and immediately chose to be a mistress.
• After months of not saying a word about their divorce, she came up with a song to make money out of his cheating (that's why she has lyrics that says "women no longer cry, women get paid").
P.S. And can you imagine that after 5 years, Shakira will turn 50, yet she still looks 20+? GORGEOUS!

"Pique" doesn't mean "splash", but "salPIQUE". So inside of the word "splash" is "Pique"

Actually salpique does mean splash hence the water effect and hand motion but she added a double meaning to it when she paused mid word so she ended up say sal pause pique (her ex). Claramente also does mean clearly but again by breaking the word up she added a doubling meaning in reference to Clara Chia piques new gf.

So much got lost in translation, she dropped both her ex Pique name ( "Sal Pique") and his mistress Clara ("Clara Mente" witch also means Clara is lying).
The part of her talking about being neighbors with the mother in law, she put a life size witch mannequin in her balcony facing her MIL's house and blasted the song non stop for days.
Also the investigation about the taxes evation is showing allegedly it was Pique the one mishandling.
