  • This week I want to take you to one of my favorite place. Over the passed few years I have found my way to some cool place around the state but for one reason or another this place right here always has me coming back.
Come hang out with me and the boys as we had out on a canoeing and camping trip in the rain!! Trust me its 1000 more fun then you would think!!!
Pluse see if we can catch the beast we saw swimming around last year!!
    Massive thanks to maineflyco.com/
    and www.gametiks.com/
    for making this series possible!!!

I liked the inclusion of a brief time lapse to accompany the campsite setup explanation. I like seeing some of the behind the scenes process in an accelerated format because it helps establish the environment without being tedious.

I agree. Editing is brutal but can help speed up longer processes that would otherwise lower the retention rate of the audience. I would've started with the setup of the camp first, then fishing then cooking then packing up.

LOVE IT!!!! Thank you for doing this!!! I love seeing the overwater and underwater shots:)

I've just picked up a fly rod, first real fishing with it in my life, it will be hard to go back to a spinning reel and worms. Sure, get some knots down, I also picked up some fly tying kit so will work on that this winter. Get out and do some canoe poling, summer into fall is perfect time as the water levels are down and you can pick you way with ease.

Great videos! A lot of effort goes in to every video you put on! Great to see some fellow Gametiks crew in their element. Let me know if you ever want to spend a day trolling with the Polar-Star team! Tight lines 🤜🏻🤛🏻

I've been watching a lot of outdoor youtube channels lately and one thing I think is missing or needs more of is the educational/informational piece. Why the popper lure, why release the fish, what rods are you using and why those ones specifically (why were they covered?). What fish are in the body of water you were in and which ones would be good for eating and not good for eating. Tell us how to start a fire in the rain and the supplies needed to camp out in a remote spot (the necessities).
