Crunchy Potato Sticks and cheesy Garlic Sauce

This is how you will make the perfect Potato sticks with a cheesy garlic sauce!
Ingredients:
480g potatoes
Boil for 12 to 15 min
1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt
80g cornstarch
4 tbsp cooking cream
Freeze for 10 min
Cheese garlic sauce:
1 tbsp butter
1 garlic clove
1 cup of cooking cream
Salt, paprika
Cheese
Ingrédients:
480g de pommes de terre
Faire bouillir 12 à 15 min
1 cuillère à soupe de sucre, 1/2 cuillère à café de sel
80g de fécule de maïs
4 cuillères à soupe de crème de cuisson
Congeler pendant 10 min
Sauce au fromage à l'ail :
1 cuillère à soupe de beurre
1 gousse d'ail
1 tasse de crème de cuisine
Sel, paprika
