As a Foals fan I haven't heard any covers of their songs which really added something. I didn't know this guys but they did a great job by respecting the original song in their cover. Great band with a great singer. Will definately follow them. Greetings from the Netherlands.

This comment isn't intended to be edgy or in other words; overly emo but I think it's worth noting that I've been taking pretty strong Anti-Depressants for over a year now and my since my dosage has been increased I've noticed I don't get goosebumps when listening to good music any more. I've been looking to build a new playlist to try and get some stuff that gives me the feeling of awe but couldn't find anything until I found this video. Seriously shivers all around my neck, and arms I definitely feel the emotion that put into recording this. Incredible cover thank you.
Thanks for the advise Liam, I decided to come off them a month ago. I was told to slowly decrease the dose but I just went cold turkey as I was sick to death of the side effects. After a few weeks of withdrawal hell I can safely say I'm back to feeling normal and for the most part happy!

I know this comments old but dont listen to the hippie saying cashews are as good as proper medicine man. Do what you want though just be careful and consider we with mental illness cant always look at ourselves objectively when we change something due to the nature of it being mental illness...

This is unbelievably touching.
This has taken me by surprise. I'm not a Foals fan, and I don't listen to JJJ much anymore, so I wasn't aware of the song. I am, however, a massive City Calm Down fan, and I thought they did a great job on this. What blew me away was when they played this at the Brisbane show 2 nights later. Jack takes no prisoners when he's on stage, he leaves nothing behind. I'm now watching this video every other day, and it still gives me chills.

Sadly, they just announced they're going on indefinite hiatus. But check "Echoes in Blue". Easily the best of their three albums!

I love this song. And it's evident the singer here loves this song too. I picture him hearing the song, learning the words, synchronizing his voice with Foals singers voice. He goes low, Foals goes high. They would sound great on stage together
