Is 6.28 not 6.38. So 6.28 is the standard formula for cutting full circle

Hello, Can you please explain how I would go about measurements for my ankle instead of waist? I would like to add some ruffles to my leggings also to my daughter leggings.

Just measure the ankle round make sure is not tight and divide whatever you inches you get by 6.28.

So as for the ruffles cut another straight fabric to form it. It can be 3 inches in length and make it as long as you want garders it to form the ruffle before attaching it to the flare.
