Thank you Dr. Defabio for sharing your knowledge
I had tennis elbow with both elbows at different times in my life and tried every possible “fix” under the sun and absolutely nothing worked. Had to go the surgical route for one elbow which was painful with having to reattach the muscle with a screw, so basically, never would have been fixed with a chiropractor or PT or acupuncture). On the other elbow, was able to fix it with a PRP injection…much less painful and only 1-2 months to fix it. 15 years later, both elbows are 100%!
@@reshaumichand92 no. It’s two different things. PRP is basically using your own blood, then centrifuge and spin out your white blood cells and then inject those cells in the damaged area. Cortisone is just a steroidal injection into the joint or problem area.
An oldie but a goodie! Thank you so much doc. Your explanations on the causes and how to fix are great - the most comprehensive I've seen here. Injured and after 6 months, still feel a lot of pain - wish I did rehab exercises but unfortunately did not catch on quickly.. Thank you for all the info!
Thanks doc for your free advice!
thanks for uploading this
Good stuff. Very accurate & Doc. is knowledgeable! Thanx 4 posting!
I kept waiting to learn the strengthening exercises that would fix tennis elbow forever.
My coworkers said just reduce the usage of your arm as much as possible and do those tennis elbow exercises every day and use those tennis elbow brace. I am am suffering from it too. But there’s definitely a hope to heal completely if we take care of it from now.
I got tennis elbow, and i don't even get to play tennis at all, although i love it,now i can't,how fair is that i wonder
Train wrist extensors man,i had same problem do seated wrist extensions
You can do 3-5 sets of 10-15 reps 3 Times per week
Wow I would like to be your student ! You have taught me more in under 10 minutes than anyone I've ever listened to ! Thank you Dr Fabio! 🙏👍👌👐🙌💮
@@DrDeFabio I agree. I cannot find a dr that knows anything to help. They tell me to wear a wrap. what kind of dr. are you? Chiropractor?
@@adventuresfloridatothailan5217 A Certified Chiropractic Sports or Rehab doctor should be able to do this as well. I have certifications in Sports, Physical Rehab and Orthopedics.
The doctor is so smart.
Thanks a lot - I will try this. 👍
Thanks for that info.
Great tips!!! I've seen these different therapies in different videos, but never on one place. I've alway thought a multi-faceted approach was the best way to address a number of health issues. I'll even go one step further and suggest that proper diet and supplement such as turmeric can aid in your healing and recovery.
*And once your elbow is better, work on keeping it strong and pain free. It requires regular maintenance.
You were very professional and i learned a lot. thank you!!
Yes he being a good physical therapist, wonder where he went to PT school and good his license to perform physical therapy treatment
Hi there Dr Fabio. Do you know anyone in Perth, West Australia that can do what you did in this video?
Does this help bursitis in elbo? Also accompanied by tennis elbow diagnosis
I need this done on both my arms!
Used this taping technique and found it helpful. Thanks for showing this.
What is the purpose of using EMS?
Thank you. I like it because it stimulates the natural healing we have in the body.
God I seriously need this all over my body...
Percocet’s kicking in hard on that dude.
Sir can u tell me sir how we should cure for trndanitis at middle of elbow n shoylder of left hanf
The guy is so happy to be there...
That video makes a lot of sense and the treatment looks good although I would just pick up on the claim that what was detailed in the video is 'chiropractic' in nature.
That treatment is the same as I've received from physiotherapists who have nothing to do with chiropractors. However treatment worked for me so I can't knock that
Marvellous!!
I'm pretty sure I got tennis elbow from straining my left arm working on a water pipe that wouldn't come unscrewed. It has been sore for a month. I recently started taking turmeric, doing arm stretches, and rolling a baseball over the sore area.
It has been helping a lot.
Dude stoned 😭
Don't jump man! you will play again! Hang in there!
Can you do my arm in a lot of pain 😢😢
he doc good video.
do you have video about gulfs elbow?
many thanks
I had an ulna fracture from bike ,got operated and it's been 7 weeks since operated, my flexion is full and extension is almost there but its lill bit not straight as normal ,can I get it full back

Whats the technique for golfers elbow ?
You said it becomes white and red but what if I am a black person
LOL. Blood would still go to and from the area, you'll just have to look a little more closely I guess. ;OD
Then it obviously doesn't. But you already knew that, in which case I ask, why did you feel the need to make this comment? Were you trying to make a statement?
@@Pwnsweet calm down there, good humour doesn't have to be pushed into a debate
Exactly my way to treat this. Now I have it myself and I dont find a physio who knows how to test and treat properly.
Can chiropractor treat Bursitis elbow conditions ???
what tool did you use for this treatment? Can you recommend one that can be purchased online please.
Giving me hope. Now I only need to find a chiropractor who is as good as this one..
You rock
Technically not an in a inflammatory condition and the current nomenclature is lateral epicondylagia. Also he did not rule out radial nerve involvement.
Please dr. more vedioes please
So helpful in our job 💙❤
Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else needs to find out about cure tennis elbow naturally try Panlarko Tennis Elbow Planner (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my m8 got cool success with it.
Idk if I have ever in my life had a frown as long as that guy
how do I know that if I go to the doctor I'm going to get that treatment? Do I have to go to a chiropractor specifically, or can I just go to my regular doctor?

Find a chiropractic doctor certified in sports or rehab, and show him the video if needed
Hey Doc your son looks just like you.
Where are you located?
i like assisted release
Hope I can add to the conversation here! From what I'm finding clinically, the onset of tennis elbow has much to do with subtle *neck dysfunction* . There are still clearly some elbow-specific issues that need to be addressed, but the neck may hold the key to understanding why the elbow becomes an issue in the first place. If anyone's interested, I have put together a simple video for my patients explaining the link and some basic exercises to address! Hope it helps! czcams.com/video/b2D3-IVAz-o/video.html

Man you are scraping alot lighter than my therapist lol. I have it pretty much the circumference of my elbows. I also have a spur :(. Maybe I will try the tape.
Where are u located lol seriously
Good luck with the tapes. I have tried almost all on the market and when I workout they all break loose.

Okay, I will make a video on “Taping -technique does count.” Stay tuned.

The bracing makes sense but that's where I think it stops seems like a placebo effect
My mind is blown by all the people commenting on this video who clearly do not understand how to use English properly but still think they are qualified to tell a doctor how to do his job

My elbow makes sound when i move it in hammer postion, but their is no pain in my hand. What to do next to fix this?
Put on a pair of ear protectors to suppress the noise, so you won't have to hear it. Those unexpected sounds can be annoying.... :O)

Hi, Doc. I'm suffering from tennis elbow in both hands. That's what the Dr told me but I guess I've golfers as well on my right hand. I'm totally depressed. I used to do so much of exercises with weights but now I'm unable to do it. I would like to know whether you could recommend any Dr from Kerala as I'm from that place who could do such treatments as you prescribed. Please advice. 😢😢
@@DrDeFabio lol that’s easy to recommend, but very difficult to find a reputable one. Most want you to comment to a “plan” , paid up front of course.
You, sir, seem like you know what you are doing and have a phd/m.d. behind your name.
Is there some sort of “legit chiro” online list?
Do you know of any legit sports chiro here in central florida?

I wasn't aware of a chiropractic approach when I was suffering and I mean suffering. Finally a cortisone shot did the trick.

I have tennis elbow again because I had a stroke in 99 and I can't use my right arm so I use my left arm only and I'm still weak as an old person but I'm 46. In rehab for my shoulder I got ice massage a few times but never had it on my elbow because I'm sure it might be different to do that oh yeah I got a shot in my shoulder again I love that I enjoy pain kinda like that. She said she won't do it in my elbow she said we can look for someone who can or willing to do it. I have firearms and (for home defense) I'm a newbie and I can't hold one straight without a lot of pain. We have to practice with them.
Barely I can eat without pain everything hurts my elbow everything! I had a TENS unit I don't know where it is now.
00:19 secs in I think homies’ suffering a bit more than elbow pain haha 😂
Just came cross your video I was told I had inflammation In my right arm. Just wanted check out your video
I think I have tennis elbow. I have a tender pain in that spot and it makes my arm really sore some days
Dude he looks like son of doc. forced to be in the video 😂❤️🇮🇳
Borris Becker never looked so happy.
When I try to straighten my elbow all the way its severe pain and it feels swolen and feels really warm
I laughed sincerely this cure 🤣🤣🤣. Firstly Cartilage and ligaments between joints have to be of sufficient strength and flexibility. I have discovered a compound. I have injected it into my some jointses. Now miracle ;)
I lost about 60lbs and lacked my weight training. I got back to it and I couldn’t lift as much but I was able to curl 30lb still. However I think my bicep was no problem, my forearm clearly lacked the support in my right arm and it felt like a snap, sharp burning pain and then I noticed over time a ton of pain in my elbow down my forearm into my hands. Can’t lift anything, can’t bend arm. Going for ultrasound today but I began treatment if ice and a tennis elbow band and trying to do stretching. 2 days in and pain actually came down. Really hate this injury. I just want to workout lol
Same bro. I kinda messed up myself. I felt all the signs but ignored them and carried on lifting. Although mine doesn't sound as bad as yours it's still uncomfortable and I just want to workout. How's your arm know?
