The city was so plastered with graffiti, that you adding to it barely made heads turn. Street level fillins and big bold straight letters. We had a dead waterfront, no casinos and no bumping neighborhoods like Northern Libs, Fishtown and Old City that you could go to during the week. By saying that Im saying the whole city was DEAD, a Ghost town Sun-Thur 9pm til sunrise. That's probably most cities nowadays
