Phew. I binged both tier lists in one night lol. Yuuka is my main waifu, and I'm happy looking at her position here. Good job!
For Noa, I had to disagree here. It's understandable tho, since you haven't met her in the story and read her character story. The gomen meme aside, she is a sweet and good girl. Worthy to be on waifu tier list for me. Oh and her teasing habit actually makes her a good wingwoman for Yuuka. As a fellow Yuuka lover, you must read the "Get! Set! GO!" event story. And if you can, do the fan translation instead. The official one is good too, but it missed some of the impactful lines imo. The way Noa tricked Yuuka to do... this certain thing (won't spoil lol)... is *cheffkiss lol. And it hits harder in the fan translation.
Last thing, same as you, I also have my personal "top spot contender if I didn't meet Yuuka first". First is Hina, and second is Miyako. Aside from waifu aspects, their character development through the main stories and events won me over. But Yuuka has already taken the top spot.
