I remember the first time I saw Tom Jones perform on TV in the 1960”s and he was fantastic and still is! What an amazing, powerful voice. I would love to see him perform in person. Does he ever perform in the United States?
Linda Dean oh, he put on some good performances years ago! I saw him about 6-7 times, kissed him about 4-5, long ago, and so many times to count! Took my husband to a show once, he loved it ( blew the ears out of two little old ladies in front of us with his whistling) He was in Chicago a few years ago at House of Blues and I checked into tickets. They were anywhere from $300-600. Wish I could’ve gone, but that was a lot of money. He still sounds as good now as he did 40 years ago.

This was back in the 80’s, there was no security guards like there is now. Our seats were literally a few feet away from him. We always brought roses and went up to give to them to him, and he would kiss each of us. Talk about a French kiss! I swear he was giving out free tonsillectomies!! 🤣 After awhile he began to recognize my sister and I (that’s how many times I saw him) and upon seeing us, he would say, “there’s the two sisters again!” 🤣❤️ so much fun back then!!
