- Trams of Blackpool, believed to be filmed in 1990 (due to a bus advert, advertising the "new sealife centre", which opened in 1990).
This was a VHS I got years ago for 50p, I've since converted it to a DVD, then as a media file. So I believe some quality has been lost, not that there was much quality there in the first place.

I love spotting all the old cars in the video, 1990 would be the year of the H reg, one or two H regs are in the video and its also interesting to note most cars are fords and vauxhalls unlike today where there is more choice.

I always had my holidays in blackpool. In the 70s up to the very early 1990s and visited in 1991 day trip. Just how I remember it in this video before I left UK.
I went back in 2012 and Blackpool had lost alot if its charm thanks to modernisation. The promenade lost its black walls, if i wanted to see grass along sea front I would go to the countryside lakes. The place was empty. Pleasure beach did alright. But everything else...no more said the better.
And of course most of the trams were them Manchester Metrolink style Flexity Trams!
i worked with these guys recognise all of them i started 1990 - 2000 ginger haired lad on the balloon was called chris
This was filmed in 1992 not 1990 as you can hear Snap Rhythm is a dancer in the background towards the end of the video
Definitely later than 1990, can tell by the liveries on cars such as Balloon 701 and OMO 5
