I took a screenshot of the video and removed the background behind you. It works really well, I am surprised. I have the means to do it via Photoshop, but I think this is reallly helpful for many people.

does it reduce the quality of the original picture? some apps offer free but they reduce the quality and if you want the original quality you then have to pay
I have an image with the the checkerboard. background??? I have an image that is supposedly already transparent and has this horrible looking checkerboard background. When I paste the image or insert the image.. All I see is checkerboard. I tried the remove the background checkerboard as in this video...but it does nothing. Checkerboard is still there.

I dont have the remove background option when I click on picture, why?
I can’t find a “remove background” button. Also, instead of picture format I see just picture when I select the image

Did you make sure to tick the Transparent background tick box before exporting. You will see it on the right hand side as you export your image.

That's not as easy. You'll need a greenscreen and a program like After Effects that can key the green out.
There is a workaround you can use. Zoom has a great Virtual background(No greenscreen.) if you feed a video into Zoom (Using OBS Camera) You can key out the background without a greenscreen. Might make a video on that one if I find time ;-)
But Yes Greenscreen is the quickest. Got a series coming up next week on some video tools I use. Hope you enjoy it!
Green screen can be very powerful indeed. Most editing programs support it. Even iMovie on the iPad can key out the greenscreen.
