I think God kissed your hands when you were born and told you to grow beautiful things.😊
That’s such a lovely comment.
I imagine God must be so proud of all his children that share their gifts with grace and humility. Laura, her family, team and collaborators are a heaven send.
She is so talented at everything she does
Totally agree with that statement. Well said!
Sweet❤
Lovely thought!
Please have a camera on your Dad when you give him that 2.7 pound onion! I will just mention some of my happiest days are when our daughter gives me a basket of bounty from her garden. She always looks proud and joyful to share her harvest and we are always, always grateful and joyful to be her recipients of "Love in a Basket".
I been blessed when I came across your channel, my health is bad, it was getting me down, until now, you bring out the energy in me! I decorated homestead with beautiful flowers, out door furniture, I been so energized in years! Ty for entering in my life! I feel like I was saved!!
Glad you are feeling better 😊
Saved by grace? Godspeed m'lady!
What a wonderful comment. I send you strength, peace and love. She is such an inspiration that's for sure. I hope you have a great day. Much Love
@@marytillison8392 Mary if you ever get to meet her she is just as lovely in person. The whole family is just beautiful. Hang in there. GOD’S got ya.. 🦋🦋🦋.
Blessings on Laura! She lifts us all.
Not only are you the hardest working person I have ever seen !!! Great harvest . I would love to see the response your Dad has when you give him that onion.
Yes... and I though Dad would be getting the biggest! 💚🦘
Your moment with your dad made me tear up this morning.
Your parents are so precious and it's wonderful to see them and all your family together.
I miss my mom and dad so much.😭
Great Harvest 👍 from your garden. Laura I wish we could see your Dad's face when you give him the 2.7 lb onion 🌰 Blessings to you and family 👪 so nice to see sweet Samantha helping.
I can think of no greater joy than sharing the fruits of your fabulous garden with your loving family. When you tucked that last onion in your dad's basket, it brought tears to my eyes.
Nothing better than warm cherry tomatoes right off the vine!!
My son is 51 now but when he was 3-4 he would eat the cherry tomatoes until his mouth would break out from the acid .First veggies he would eat because he grew them himself .
On these killer hot days when instinct tells you to get the gardening done as early and quickly as possible, thank you for taking the time to video it for us to see. Your gardening videos are invaluable for those who learn so much from you and Aaron. Stay cool, please don't cook yourself.
Take a picture of your children and that big onion and another picture when they give it to your dad! Wow great harvest!
I admire how welcome your children are in the garden!
Your parents are so precious and its wonderful to see them and all your family together. I miss my family. Together ❤
Great looking harvest! From the looks of our garden, we will be canning tomatoes and making spaghetti sauce this weekend. 😊 After watching you grow garlic and onions, I think I have the courage to give them a try!
Garlic and onions are the easiest plants to grow and they last the longest in storage. You can do it!
I love the game of randomly gifting your dad large and unique produce! I bet you can’t wait to see what games your kids play with you when they’re your age 🤣
I think the fact you let the plants over-grow probably protected the tomatoes from storm damage.
Laura feeds the world and that is NOT meant to be sarcastic. 🌺💚🙃
Yes she does, she feeds my heart everyday. I just want to not go to work and stay in my garden❤😊
She feeds our souls.
Do you share your harvests with neighbors or any community pantries???
Yes she certainly does ‼️
Woo 😲 & Wowzers such an abundance of beauty!! You certainly have the greenest thumb of anyone I've ever seen! ❣️❣️
😊
Me planting onions for the first time this year thinking they would turn out like Laura's 😂 they are ready to harvest and not even golf ball sized
Ditto!! 😂
I loved thus video with so much accomplished & explained. Giving Laura's dad the biggest onion was so dear. How heartwarming to see Russell & Douglas getting along!
Your parents are lucky raising these children you are always thinking about them ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Good 🌄 from soggy Maryland. 🌧⛈️ Hope all is well to those in the wild weather areas.
Feel so bad for you
Good morning all have a safe and blessed day ❤️
Oh those giant green tomatoes make me crave fried green tomatoes! YUM!
OMG a garden treat for me too.😋
Everyone to Laura's house for chip snd salsa! 🤣
Are you, Monica and your mom going to be doing any canning together again? That’s a fun time.
YEA, another onion harvest day!!! For some reason onions and garlic are my favs to watch. Your huge produce is exciting to see every time!!
Hi Laura and GA Team,
Harvest time is always my favourite thing to watch. It inspires hope, each and every year. Enjoy the fruits of your effort.
Afternoon Everyone 🥰
Love the Big Daddy onion for Dad
Wow that onion is huuuuge!! What a great harvest. Thank you for showing the tomato trimming. I didn’t know you could do that this time of year. Little Samantha sure is growing. Thanks Laura. 💜💜🦋🦋
Laura, I watch you every day, it's so relaxing, drink my coffee, to see where you go in your garden. You and Aaron make the video interesting. It shows the world that farming is continuous work. Thank you for sharing, God bless you. Are you going out to your mom's home and film a video, she's so giggly, so content, we love them too!
Thoroughly ENJOYED this video 😊!!! As always, Thanks for sharing! I’m 72 years old and wish I could do more but at least I can enjoy watching your Beautiful garden PRODUCE BEAUTIFUL . . . EVERYTHING ❣️
Good Morning! 🍅 A perfect harvest of tomatoes, onions & peppers! I can't believe the size of those onions - huge! 😲🧅🫑🌶🍅🌿
It makes me happy to know there are blessed children eating good homegrown food. And sad to think too many children eat too many chicken nuggets and 🍟. Lord have mercy.
So wonderful to see the massive harvests! It makes my heart sing!
When we love what we do with passion & gratitude it multiplies everywhere! It's called abundance ❤💚❤💚❤😊
Whoo Hooooooo my favourite type of video! Harvest harvest harvest. Good morning GA family 🍅🧅🌶️.
Good morning all from Ohio. Have a wonderful weekend 😊
Hello! I'm near Findlay where are you? Safe from storms I hope!

Super productive day. You are so fast and efficient when you work in your garden. The onions are amazing and the tomatoes are beautiful. I wish I had one of those in a tomato sandwich right now. You and your Dad are so fun. I bet he will be very proud (and a little envious) of that big, beautiful onion. Have a blessed day everyone.
Such a bountiful harvest!! ❤ Yes, please, take a photo of your dad when he sees that almost 3-pound onion. I bet he'll be so happy and amazed. I know I'm amazed! I wonder what he'll make with it.
I love how eager Samantha is to garden!
Laura, your videos are AWESOME!!!
The energy you bring is unmatched.
If gardening were an Olympic event, you would most certainly win the GOLD MEDAL!!!
Thank you so much for sharing your amazing ambition and zest for life. ❤
Exciting seeing the fall crops popping up!
Good morning from Delaware Garden Answer friends.
Let's here it for Delaware Gardeners!
Love to see seeds breaking through the ground. Gods promise he will take care of us.
Another wonderful morning with you giving great gardening advice on growing and harvesting the fruits of your labor so we can do the same. When you were showing the peppers I thought of Monica and how much she loves peppers, the hotter the better. I certainly would enjoy another day in her beautiful back yard, garden...and maybe an update on how much her kitten has grown 😊 Is the growing rate of her garden the same as yours or more like your mom's? Thank you for being such a good example of hard work and dedication to everyone around the globe.
These are my favorite videos. Seeing what comes out of our gardens after months of work. Nothing like it. ❤
Beautifull harvest..so sweet of you thinking of your dad always❤❤❤
What a beautiful harvest!! I always wondered why nature picks THE hottest time to have to reap the harvest. Years ago, when I had a huge garden, I remember canning and canning in the heat. We didn't have AC then either. So sweet your dad popping in, and Samantha braving the heat to help momma.
What a bountiful harvest. You go girl.😊
I could probably watch you harvest for hours! They are probably my favorite videos!!
I've been watching for 6 years never saw a big beautiful harvest, hall of tomatoes ive ever seen you grow, 2 big green thumbs up, you are a Gifted super gardener girlfriend. ❤🎉
Your dad will love that❤
I love it when it is harvest time.. something about it, it relaxes me. So blessed. You two have blessed so many, now is your turn to enjoy❤
Well it is going to be a great canning and freezing season. I love the gardening, but the preserving everything is the work to me!
That’s a mighty fine harvest!🍅🧅🫑
What a joy of harvesting!
I wish I had some of your energy! So sweet to see your dad come to get onions from you. Are you still remembering to wear your hat in the sun? Watch you everyday😊
It's awesome to see that bountiful harvest! The onions are magnificent and you've got enough jalapenos to make some spicy salsa! Samantha is precious helping mom garden.💕🤗💕
Laura, you could feed a small army with all that produce!!! Wow, I wish I had your touch!!!! I picture a bunch of salsa being made! Yum yum!!!!❤
We are the same when it comes to new growth. Ive been gardening for years and always get excited when I see my seeds germinating!!
Bountiful harvest! Your dad will love that onion!! Beautiful produce! That’s a hot days work in those temperatures!! Loved Samantha helping out. Thanks for sharing!
Not gonna lie....I'm completely jealous over here in Southern California! This will have been my 4th year for growing tomatoes, peppers, zucchini and cucumbers and I've always had wonderful harvests. I love being able to share my bounty with others! But this year, I've not been able to harvest anything, NOTHING! For the first time I had a rat infestation that obliterated everything! I couldn't figure out which idiot neighbor was supplying the rats with food and water then I realized I was the idiot neighbor! I removed all of my plants and my now bare garden sits sadly waiting for next season. Thank you for letting me live vicariously through you! And forgive my jealousy. You have been and always will be an awesome inspiration to all of us!
Love watching harvest days! So fun.
Harvesting videos of yours are some of my favorites! I’ll never forget the year you had the entire back of the gator covered with tomatoes! lol
I just got home from work and I’m going to see what I need to harvest as well.
If you do any canning, we’d love to see it! It’s a video idea for an indoor (where it’s cooler) project and I know I’m not alone when I say I’d love to see you can some of your tomatoes or make some more black berry jam! 😊♥️
… warms my heart to see the fruits of your labour💝
Your harvest was wonderful but what really amazes me is how you have strawberries all season long! So nice!
I thought of you today. Around 12 or so years ago, I did my “most recent “ planting of my rock terrace garden beds. Then life happened and I was in a wheelchair unable to walk at all for some time and now have very limited mobility and the terrace beds got terribly overgrown with Himalayan blackberries, which formed an impenetrable thicket with canes more than 20 feet long. I have been doing a little better this summer and have had a little more freedom from my former 70+ hour work week, so have spent a lot days, 6 or so weekends so far, making slow progress. I have lost a lot of plants as I expected, but I have been happy to discover some things managed to survive. One plant I discovered that I had forgotten I had even planted (at least a decade ago) is a black lace elderberry! The fact I couldn’t see it at all tells you how tall these blackberries are. I do have a couple of other elderberries in other locations, another black lace and one black tower, but this would have been my first and I had totally forgotten about it. 😊. I still have a long way to go to clear these out (a job an able bodied person probably could have done in a weekend), and I don’t think there will be any more surprises but who knows. 😂. Also, I have been growing tomatoes in pots on my driveway this last decade so I could get to them and, while I am happy to be able to do so, I sure don’t get the yield that growing in the ground, in full sun, gives. But, I do agree that the severe pruning that is now so popular isn’t at all necessary unless you are dealing with fungal disease and poor airflow. We never did that kind of pruning on our farm and we had wonderful crops. In fact, if I remember correctly, I believe the advice back a few decades ago was that the leaves help prevent the tomatoes from getting burnt and, of course, the more leaves, the more photosynthesis.
When I began menopause, I would have given anything to have a room at 30 some degrees to walk into! 🤣The harvest looks wonderful. I see some preservation in your future. Will you can the tomatoes or freeze? Will you make some of that cowboy jalapenos again this year? (Can't quite remember what you called them.) I have used them on nachos and in sandwiches. I could also just set down and eat them far the jar. They are so good!
Cowboy candy
Amen about the 30 degree room!
How is Cheddar doing? Don't see him any more? Good to see Russel and Douglas getting along for a whole 1 minute 😊
Cheddar was sent to live with Bethany because he was becoming increasingly naughty with spraying everything up. Laura said he is being taken well care of.💛
Those are the happiest and healthiest tomatoes I’ve ever seen!!!
I love that you are able to grow a second season of beautiful flowers and veggies
The memories are stimulated from my younger days, growing all these same things near you!! And those huge onions. So much the same from my dad’s onion fields! And they are so good!
The most excitement part of gardening is harvesting fruit ❤️
I just HAVE to mention your grass hedging ... PERFECTION!
Wow! What a great harvest! I grow SunSugars too but my plants are not even close to the size of yours. What did your dad think of that giant onion? I don't care for any onions other than sweet onions and I prefer them cooked.
Wow!
What a harvest!
Thank you God!
What a great harvest day! Lovely produce! I have produce envy, especially the onions!
I was so happy with my harvest til I watched this-holy cow!! What an incredible harvest!!
So gratifying to be able to harvest your own crop of vegetables.
I know you don’t like big onions, however they would be great for making caramelized onions to put on burgers and such. Takes me 6 regular onions to get enough after caramelizing. Caramelizing takes forever but is super easy to do.
My husband would be in heaven tasting one of those big onions on his burger. You definitely have the gardening touch.
That’s sweet your dad came to pick up onions.
That’s an amazing onion harvest! My onions are just so so this year and my bell peppers are not doing so great, I still like growing veg even though I have my struggles 😊
We can't let tomato plants touch the ground here in Ohio. We have to keep all lower leaves pruned to prevent blight. Your dry weather is helpful for some things for sure!
What a tomato haul in a jungle!
I'm always surprised to see how much your garden produces 😮. Love to see the kitties getting along 😀
Those beautiful tomatoes made my mouth water for a "sink sandwich"!
What is a " sink sandwich " you ask? A good thick WHITE bread, slathered with mayonnaise ( Duke's for me) thick slices of vine ripened tomato salt and pepper to taste and stand over a sink to eat! Enjoy!
A "sweet onion" sliced on bread with mayo is not bad either!
Benjamin should enter those onions in the fair, my girl friends grandkids do that and win a few dollars, fun.
It amazes me how your tomato plants can grow so bushy and not have blight 😮. In Michigan, as soon as we get hot and humid the blight sets in. Wonderful harvest. 😊
😀 so happy to see this abandoned harvest!!!
Your shopping list must be very short.
Love it!
Always great to see the results of your hard work.
So fun to tease your dad with a 2 pound onion!👩🏼🌾🤣
I’ve never been a big connoisseur of onions, do the different varieties really tastes that much different from one another? 🌺💚🙃
Some are sweeter and some are more spicy i guess you can say. Red onions however are very good for you they're loaded with antioxidants and can help lower your blood pressure and are good for the heart!! So if you can use the red onions!!!
I love onions. They can give you stinky gas tho 🤷
Wow…what a beautiful harvest of onions and tomatoes! I must say I am a little envious. I had the worst crop of tomatoes ever this year. They started out great, but the weather here in FL has been crazy. Hopefully next year will be better. Love your videos. And Laura you are such a sweet daughter to save that giant onion for your Dad❤️
This video reminded me of when we harvested from our garden when I was growing up. So many fond memories of making homemade spaghetti sauce with our tomatoes and the canning the best vegetable soup with my Grandmother and Mother❤ hopefully Benjamin and Savannah will have some great memories too!🍅🌽🌶️🧅🥔
your tomatoes are doing so well because you are letting them do what they are suppose to do. all that pruning is just so humans can control them. keep up the good work.
Good morning!🌻🐝
Laura, you are a wonder. You just keep going and going. Your garden is amazing with the produce you get. Keep it up.
Oh my gosh the harvest is beautiful!
