Logistically speaking, it'd be extremely expensive to do that in comparison to other games unless someone sends it or they already have it. HG and SS are really fucking expensive.

Dangeroo ._. Because copies of HG and SS usually came with the little accessory to train your pokemon outside the game, that adds a lot to the value. Because the games are off production, that adds a ton to the value. Because the games are fantastic, meaning the demand is high, the value is insane.
