As someone who works for a large vending company and works in the repair/service tech department, I have moved probably a couple hundred machines to and from places. Tight doorways, down stairs, you name it. This was a bit hard to watch as someone who's done all this before. But without all the resources and best equipment, you guys did well for what you had. At the end of the day, nobody got hurt. That stair climber part was a bit dangerous and typically you want someone on the bottom as well. There needs to be good communicating and a set plan before you start. They handled it though, respect. Hustle hard bro I hope your new locations bring you the best!
Edit: never heard it called the clam shell but we usually just call it spinning the machine. Put it on a dolly, open the door, the only thing is you need room on the other side of the door you are entering to continue the spin to get it through. Tight walls on the other side and the spin isn't happening.
Hey Pristine, if you ever need free advice/moving suggestions without paying a professional for their advice reach out to me I move these machines 5x a week. I also fix machines so if you have a problem I can offer free advice to troubleshoot a problem. Although, most vending techs are honest people. Which is great 👍

I have about the same amount of experience ( 23 years ) of moving ALL types of equipment, up & down stairs, through skinny doors, you name it.
I felt the same way when watching the stair climber method 😅for removing the combo from the trailer 😮

Get you a box truck with a lift gate and a pallet jack. It’ll make your life a lot easier. You’re gonna pop your back using equipment like this
Check out my dolly that I use for moving the pop machines… A little safer IMO than the smaller one used in the video

Man I haven't been to RTP since long before you were gleam in your Dad's eyes. No I'm not kidding. Something like 35 years and was glad I still had a driver's license after the shit we pulled on the freeway from Duke to RTP daily. It was a nice chill college area way back when.

A good thing to consider is how much time its taking to get your money back from your investment… ( machine, product, moving cost, time/$ spent to load, theft, etc)

I flip machines NOT product. The margins are much better & faster to get your ROI.

When starting a vending machine business is better to start with a combo machine or 2 separate machine for drinks and snacks
It really depends on the location that you plan on going into. If I had to just pick 1 machine for now then I would go with a drink machine.
With those you won't have to buy too many selections.

Yup, they are expensive, we do 95% of all our moves/installations. These things are well worth it in the long run, and if u do vending as your total living (like me) ....moving companies get ridiculously expensive in just a short time. Super smart investment for the long haul

Hey you can make it happen 😄 Getting locations is as simple as asking all the business owners for permission until you get a yes. But the easiest way is to buy a route from venders that are willing to sell.

If I get candy at Sam’s I get I sell for 1.75 sodas 1.50 monster and red bull 3.00 and it sells out and I seen one machine selling monster for $5.00 and sells out

How big is your vending machine height and width i think we have similar size i need to know if it will fit through a regular size door
I wouldn’t be able to tell you that until i get back to my machine to measure it. You can google the dimensions of the model machine that you have, just to make things easier.

No contract was needed. This location actually came to my buddy for vending options. It was a bit out of his area so I bought it from him.

I’d start by shopping around the marketplace for machines.
How do you actually yet people to allow you to put your own vending machine in their location. Do you pay them or the other way around, how's it all work?
Most of my clients have came to me searching for my services. But you can actually buy machines already on location or you can call around asking everyone if you can place your machine in their business.

How we can make from one machine in one month ? Minimum??? And maximum???
That range has no limits. It's really all about the location. In some locations you can rack up due to the traffic coming to your machine. Then in other locations you can actually loose money via law suits and commissions. Though those last 2 options are fairly rare but not impossible.
