Sir, Thank u for this informative post. I do have a question about this. After selling our house we are buying flat. The house was in my father's name. Now me and my father jointly buying the flat. I am also investing my money there. If his name is kept in the second position and mine in the first, will it save the property tax?? Or his name should have to be in the first position to save the tax.

Or agar nya house kharido to yeh TDS refund ho jata hai if the value of purchsed house is more than that of the sold house. But no tax expert knows how to go about it. They even don’t know what to mention in the ITR. So please make video on this if you know the real legal position.

I paid full 95% during booking for entire amount. In 2017 while they gave possession, I sold it to other buyer and so I didn't register the property. sir agar koi property (residential plot) Maine 5 years pehle 5 lakh ki purchase ki thi jiski government cost bhi 5 lakh thi aur us year Maine 2 lakh ki yani non taxable return bhari thi aur is property ki purchase ko Maine apni return me show nahi Kara tha aur na hi uske baad ki returns me usko show kara aur ab agar Mai 2018 me us property ko sell kar raha hu aur use apni return me show kar raha hu to mere upar kitna long term capital gain ya tax banega aur mujhe cost implemation index ka labh milega ya nahi
