That house with the swimming pool entrance is for sober minded people. Can imagine coming in drunk walking past the pool and walking up those stairs with no rails.

@@asadelmalikphd I do property management here in MD and I agree with you. I seek your advise on that. I know that I am interested in the future to purchase. I like walkable friendly properties. The areas are Rosebank, Sandton and Waterfall. The Ellipse has some great options. I do like Steyn City but I didn't see where it was walkable outside of the area. I am interested in learning purchasing process.
Once yourl move into the suburbs then you'll be full South Africans lol... Btw we don't consider Estates as Suburbs. Estates are just Estates and Suburbs are the houses yourl viewing now. Not to say there are no South Africans in the Estates because it still us there.

Parkhust houses are old school houses but the area is well looked after.People that stay there are people with old money mostly whites.

If the water heater is outside the house, how does it stay warm in the winter? You'll probably have to run the water for a while to get hot.
In New Orleans all water heaters are outside. I know it's different in different places but it's the gas flame that keeps the water hot.
