Im very unsure about it tho, I hope u all like it. Some scenes and drawings are a bit rushed but I wanted it to be finished, it was taking to long to my liking lol.

Q: Why does Grian has wings?
A: I draw Grian with wings cuz they stand for the fact that he is considered the best elytra flyer on the Hermitcraft server. I personally see them as part of his Character/Design.
Q: Will u color or clean it up?
A: I am currently cleaning the animatic up but i will not color it. It will stay in its purple and green state that it is in in this version. If u want updates and sneak peeks I recommend u to follow me on twitter.

I especially liked the part where Grian's just standing in shock that hep found the mycelium secret base and then Etho (?) comes along a pulls Grian away
Yup I gave that role to Etho. In the accual episodes this doesn't really happen, but i thought it could fit here. So i took some artistic liberty lol.

Yes that part is so epic
I loved that scene in particular because it almost told a story in and of itself:
like Grian is facing the outright betrayal of his childhood best friend Mumbo, and then Etho, the guy who was always supposed to betray him and be the “imposter” is actually the one who comes to his rescue,
I would watch a full length anime about this and I kinda feel like I just did!
It’s so cool seeing everything that comes from Hermitcraft!
This art is beyond beautiful and I always adore the headcanon everyone in the fandom seems to have of Grian being the one with physical wings while everyone else have elytra, that’s always wonderful and fun to see :P
@@shego1142 that's a very beautiful and creative take on the Turf War. But why Mumbo would betray Grian is another interesting viewpoint:
Grian was Mumbo's campaign manager during the Mayoral Election, and Grian, feeling bad that Mumbo lost (not helped by the fact that he himself voted for Scar), named Mumbo the leader of the fledgeling Mycelium Resistance, partly to take the heat should they be discovered, but mostly so Mumbo could have a feeling of accomplishment as a leader of something important, while Grian handles most of the responsibilities. This would of course come back to haunt Grian as he rigged the fake vault to explode, which Mumbo didn't take too well, as well as mainly being named "leader" just as a ploy to throw HEP off if Grian's tail. While Grian would be busy outplaying Scar by buying up half the Shopping District and spying on the old Moo-Pop Factory, Mumbo would leave behind his letter of resignation, and join the ranks of HEP to put Grian in his place

This comes from an au where the server is reality (and the actual planet) and the hermits are a sort of party representatives with followers. These party members comes from different districts which are all involved in the government which has it center in the shopping district and this was an actual war a disagreement between to parties which led to a war where civilian life (we who are there viewers and all the other people on the planet in reality) was at stake. While in reality it was just a goofy game where every one just wanted a lough

During the war Mumbo was the biggest spoon. And you managed to make him look cool.
Also the animals look amazing. As well as the whole thing.

Doc's cybernetic arm is absolutely gorgeous! The way he reaches towards the camera to push a button giving us a full view of the joints and how you managed to make it look metalic despite using barely any color. And the hand! Ball jointed and visible welding lines and that wild phantom metallic look!
I'm gonna stop becuase if I kept going I'd be here all day.

It's amazing to see that in the animatics, these scenes look like epic montages of a block buster movie but in the original videos, these are just wacky shenanigans 😅
I love how you gave grian wings considering his talent for flying (elytra)
Omg i love the little detail where whenever the resistance is on screen the background is purple and when HEP is on screen the background is green and when mumbo resigns from the reistance the background color changes
In that last scene, Scar looks so evil while Jellie is like: "Yes, yes, pet me more Scar."

There is literally nothing I don’t love about this.
Mumbo's resignation was a cool scene, with half his face hidden
Scar at the end: Looking really villainous petting his cat
Grian in my head: Grabs Maui and Purl and sits down on a chair whilst saying "Checkmate"
This....this is an absolute MASTERPIECE!
I have just now realised how much Scar looks like a typical villain.
The Doc part was AWESOME
I just cannot get over Doc's intro. It's **so good**.
Mainly because I think Doc has the best "oh now you're screwed" smile. Grian and Scar can try, but from Doc, I actually believe it.

I've legit never seen a single piece of content for Hermitcraft before and I'm rather confused on why there's a "Mycelium Resistance" but wow, this animatic is intense.

This is absolutely amazing, it seems so serious yet when you think about it it's just people on a minecraft server having fun and fighting over mushrooms and grass and I love it :D
Omg I’ve watched this video so many times how did I not realise that the colour scheme actually represents who’s part of the resistance (mycelium purple) and who isn’t (Grass green)??!? That was such a clever transition when Mumbo resigned! Amazing!

I don't think this is something that's been mentioned yet, but I ADORE the animal designs in this one, the sheep, the HEP hounds, and ESPECIALLY the ravagers and zoglins are drawn flawlessly, I also really adored this *1:38* scene of Mumbo controlling the tunnel boring machine (Drawn cleverly as a giant HEP tank) and breaching into the resistance HQ, spectacular stuff.

I love the scenes when Scar is setting the wolves loose and Doc's appearing - oh my god, the dream of my sleepless nights, so HOT!! - sadly he has only a very small appearance in persona. Maybe, when the turf war is over, you could make an animation starring him? XD
