I have literally never been in a 2 bishop game without trying. Sometimes I under promote to a bishop when I have one but have never been in one without doing that.
This is what ruins the beauty of chess for me, in a situation like this, I find the beauty in randomly placing pieces until either a stalemate or a surprise checkmate comes up. THAT, is chess.
I actually once had 2 bishops in endgame (and a few pawns that were just facing enemy pawns) and i did the last part of this where you dorce the king into the corner (which works the same like with 2 rooks checkmating)
When I'm completely winning, I sacrifice all my pieces and only leave a rook so I can watch them walk down to their demise. Now I'll try this one out to be even more troll
Do the bishops have to be in the center to rows? Also, if the king is too close to tbe bishops, the king can just walk around the bishop while making the wall, ive been trying to do the checkmate using this method and failing over and over again
Me in this situation: Blunders the bishop
Lol
Same
And draws to insufficient material
*D4 was a blunder*

I played a guy who tried to disrespect by promoting 2 bishops and ended up stalemating me with 3 bishops.
If my bishops were still alive💀
The visualization with the squares covered by the pieces made it very clear to understand
Draw the game with bishop just after watching this.
Don't be too hasty with five minutes on the clock people.
Draw With 5min???
5 mins is plenty to win with bishops
I have seen so many videos of 2 bishop checkmate and got perplexed but your way really made it look easy. Visualization is the key 😌
“How to mate with two bishops”💀
Underrated
If u don’t know how to opponent can sack their bishop for your pawn and it’s a draw. You need to know this
@@Babooshka47 here, mate indicates something else mate.
@@Wasifaurko damn, sign me up. Just get two bishops and I’ll try to mate with them. Don’t think it’ll work cause I’m a guy but worth a try

This video was fantastic. Loved the visual aid
highlighting the squares is the best thing you could've done. visualizing how the checkmate played out was so much easier thanks.
Knowing my dumbass I would probably get stalemated

Depends on ELO, if they don't know how, it can easily be a draw.
Maybe white is low on time.
Excellent tutorial with brilliant visualization technique. THANK YOU!!!😇

I don't even bother to learn it because I know I will never play with 2 bishops in the endgame and no pawns, that's just asking to stalemate
The fact he actually shows that this works if the player randomly does a move you didnt anticipate

My ass who stalemates with 2 rooks a queen 2 knights and a bishop: "Oh wow nice"

The king wouldn't move straight backwards, it would move doagonally to escape, so it doesn't work
