I’ve made many changes in my life the last three months.. it has been so hard there are days I feel I cannot go anymore. These videos have helped me in ways that I can’t explain. I find myself smiling more laughing more and loving myself enough to look in the mirror again. The best way to get started if you're having trouble with change, is to change your physical activity. Get more active go for a jog, do some squats, pushups and if you can't do either than just punch the air for at least 5 minutes a day. Trust me little by little you will naturally want to push more and do more.

I’ve started listening to these for a few days now and while I work my 10hr shift I’ll throw this on for about half the day. I can feel it’s taking it’s toll on me. I’m drinking water in the morning. Not laying lazy in my bed in the dark and I started working out (just in a few days) of making these motivational speeches a daily thing!
